😠 Our sites have been down over 6 hours now. This is the second time that the server has crashed on us in a few months. Customer service is slow to respond. Their support does not respond to tickets for weeks (!) and ignores requests for help. No phone support around to answer the phones, and no live chat. We are moving off this service.
