😠 I've been with Jumplaunch for two years. I should have got out earlier. Their customer service is non existent... and now, so are they. They never notified me about anything. All of their servers have been down for over a month. Their own webpage doesn't even exist. All customer service numbers and emails don't exist anymore. I can't tranfer my domains since they were registered through them, etc, etc!
Doing some research it appears that John Paul Raygoza, David Sipes, and Ted Molina are the rats behind this Los Angeles operation through their parent company pushtraffic.com (which is also now down). It appears they've stolen tons of money by swindling hundreds of customers. There is a lawsuit being filed against them at the time of this writing. I hope these crooks go to San Quentin for a long time.

😠 Everything was going fine for the past 2 years then POOF it's gone. No emial saying that the servers are down or anything. No explanation. I tried salling them to what I can only assume is a disconnected number. My website is my business storefront and with out it I'm out of business and more than likely loosing customers. Jumplaunch is totally unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

😠 Customer service, after the bill was paid there just wasn't any, website down for a day at a time, them poof, it would be back, email up and down like a yoyo, no contact numbers, tickets never answered and now they have seemingly gone for good, crooks, liars and misfits, worst effort of web service on the net, a kid with an old dos system could do better... trust me stay away, very far away from these ones....

😠 worst service ever... there's reasons why THOUSANDS are leaving them... Servers crash for days then magically reappear with no warning. Phone numbers mysteriously go down during this time. They never contact you via ticket submission and are just shady... I think i saw last month they lost almost 4thousand subscribers in one day... that has to tell you something...

😠 I agree with the prior words said by the last person. They took my money and then I got where they will no longer answer to my phone calls and will not call me back . I cancelled my package and had the mailman send it back to them because I was lied too and smooth talked and really couldn't afford the works right now. And my checking account was robbed of more money then I agreed too. And checks bounced all over the place. I quess I am just out of the $ll00.00 and some dollars I or my creditors will never see it again.

😠 Jump Launch is the Biggest crooks ever. Be careful Took me for $6400.00. You can not get hold of them and they do not answer their calls or message bank.
Was supposed to give me a one on one coaching. A coach phoned me twice and did nothing and then never again. They do not come back to you when you email them. They are plain and propper thiefs that steal money from people through their smooth talking. Promise that they will help you with their program and that they will set up a web page and do marketing but nothing happened. I dont expect them to do all the work but at least give the training that they promised on their contract.
