😠 Terrible Support
While they may answer your tickets in a timely manner during the day..or maybe not.. You can expect any issue you need after around 7-8PM to just be left around until 9AM in the morning. Should you have a large scale hosting server down and no access to an RPC for it? Tough titties.
During these times they seem to be rather sneaky about pretending their phone systems are actually on, but no one will answer. The phone system will conveniently hang up on you after about 11 minutes on hold.
Terrible Support - Would never recommend them to another person.

😠 Left because there was NO overnight customer support
JTLnet states they have 24/7 support. By that they mean a total of 24 hours over 7 days, if that.
They do not answer their phones or tickets between 7pm and 7am. When you request assistance via ticketing instead of handling the issue, they just throw back questions at you or otherwise avoid actually helping you in any way, shape or form.
I was with JTLnet for 8 years, but the times that i really needed them, they weren't there. Avoid.

😠 I am sick of JTLNET, their customer services SUCKS. As I write this I have been holding (and getting hung up on) for about 40 minutes. I have now tried billing, tech support, and sales. At about 11 minutes or so you will get hung up on. If you are lucky enough to get them when they arent taking a break or knocking off early try asking them how they are doing, they will not respond without it being awkward, they do not want to talk to you. They do not give a crap about you, their service more than sucks!

😠 Completely horrible and unacceptable customer service. The people on the phone are incredibly short with you, expect you to have advanced knowledge of all parts of web hosting and are wholly unavailable when you really need them.
Unless you are incredibly advanced with this sort of thing I could not recommend them less.
