😁 I have been with them for more than 5 years and had both best and worst support. But still hanging with these ppl because, I am waived for many services and using my business on net for free from many dimension. Servers have great uptime and less support required from them; however, support needs to be improved, in this era of digital ocean, AWS, google cloud and IBM cloud... these guys lack far beyond your sweat dreams. Still hanging around these ppl because I am using them rather than they get things from me.
Technical wise = 9/10
Support = 2/10
Uptime and server availability 99%
Over all rating... Good and splendid cost saving (they provide many things for free)

😠 They say dont charge your credit card before 7 days trial, but is charged inmediatly. I already pay and the VPS is disable. The VPS is "Provisioning" and "awaiting" for many days ago. They dont answer mails, tickets, etc. I think is scam. Dont use your credit card with instantappz !!
