😁 I have been using their reseller platform for over just over a year now following a move from Heart Internet. These guys are amazing!
1. They have developed their own panel which they keep adding features to. Not just new shopping carts to install like my previous host, but useful bits that myself and my customers can use everyday.
2. Phones are answered immediately for sales and support. My last host only answered sales phone calls... no use when I really need fast assistance.
3. They are based solely in the UK and really know their stuff. They haven't once given me a pre-written reply. Everything is specific to the question I put to them.
4. I marked them down slightly on price as the domains only got cheaper once I reached a certain level. Now that have have a fair number to prices are more reasonable.
Without this platform I wouldn't have had the confidence to continue selling hosting alongside my web design services. I can't praise them enough really, and hence [read more...]
