I’ve always received exceptional support taking care of my trouble tickets and ya gotta know something?They have never took long time to be fully resolved my inquiries!!! Bada Bing Bada Boom!!! And Hostale reminds me the oldie 1960s where customer service was about that distinguishable customer service. All you need to add is some Sicilian pizza, to make it feel just like in home , capish? What I am trying to say is don’t listen all this bologna stronzo people without scrupulous has to say about Hostale and give a chance to try experience their service.

😠 They suspend my account without any notification (overload). They don't answered to my ticket. After 18 hours they tell me to find another hostin company. No refund of course. They don't help me to resolve the problems. This is hostale. They have a server and a emplyer (Ruth) and they tell us that they are a big comapany.

You signed with hostale and right after, began abusing our server provoking high loads with your game site arenagames.ro. Obviously, you are having a hard time telling the truth of what and why everything happened. Initially I had to terminate arenagames.ro leaving arenahost.org up and running until you began treating me for refunds, suit me and harm me. After that, not only you continue to treat me on the e-mails, also post negative stuff on the forums, you have the audacity to e-mail me requesting a backup for your arenagames.ro and arenahost.org. Your high loads caused us deactivations and discomfort to our other clients that are in the same server you were sharing with them.
