Crystone is a completely worthless company, I bought one domain 5 days ago, after a while I begin to wonder why it says "you have no active domains" in their non-effective customer portal. I contacted support, the live chat I had to wait 23 minutes for the person says that he move my problem to a support ticket, then take it Ennu 2 days for them to respond .. A bug in their system.

😃 I believe they are a mature company with good routines and a good customer support. They were very helpful and sorted out my questions and solved the challanges needed. I have a VPS and 17 domain names registered with them.
The fact is what I like most is the 24/7 opening hours for the support!

😞 They have had a lot of technical problems it happens far too many times per year now that my patience almost completely run out.
Their controlpanel and payment systems are a mess. I'm getting tired of my mail and website going down or just plainly operating VERY slowly, it seems they got it barely working even when it is working.

😠 We hooked up with crystone a few years ago, but have had severe problems last half year since our site went down for a week during a conference where we were looking for customers and thus directing people there - took quite some time to get it back up and it was due to an embarrassing administrative error it had gone down.
Now it's been down for three more weeks and I've had no reply from customer service and we're changing hotels, just trying to get my money back for this year's server fees.

The last few years ownership has changed several times and customer service is useless.
I have now moved 5-10 sites away from them and have terminated all but a few services there. I still get hosting costs automatically charged on my initial credit card although they don't host any longer. Have to contact them to get a refund etc. etc.
Their control panel is hard to use and has very limited options.
Their support ticketing system is slow at best but no replies are common.
Prices are very high for very limited space and traffic. There are soo many places to host today - I suggest strongly not to use Crystone the way they are set up.
