😠 Be careful of this host they have been wound up by the courts and liquidated at companies house, however still trading.

They have had their SSL revoked so orders are now on a non secure platform.

Checkout the London Gazette for confirmation of them going bust.

Person who runs it makes it out its a big business its only 1 guy called Richard dont be fooled!!!

Watch out for Bionic Hosting, our server was suddenly cleaned of content, new ip adress etc. and no answer from Bionic!

Tried to get an explanation but it all ends up in lies from Bionic, so a big WARNING for Bionic Hosting.

😠 Stay away from these scammes! Bionics - Web hosting from HELL!

I have never ever come across such horrible and arrogant customer service. They close chats without prior notice, hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation, make them selves unavailable when they know you try to contact them when you ask questions they do not like.

They add reminder fees in spite of I have paid my invoices in a timely matter. They alos have major problems with their payment gateways ( Google checkout, Nochex ) and have probably been banned by them. Same goes for the phone lines, missing hard ware and so on.

This company is only six months old and are runned by a 22 year old kid! I expect the company be out of business within soo. There is NO reason whatsoever to choose them. STAY AWAY.

😞 I would definitely not suggest going with Bionic. I have been with them for 6 months and have had two major outages with them. The latest, in late October is still an open issue. They are unable to change the DNS on their own shared environment, which has resulted in my business domain being down for 6 days. They advertise telephone support- even for their shared environment but despite repeated daily tries I can never reach anyone and call back requests are not followed up on.

Their online support chat is helpful, but rarely is open during business hours. Mostly in the later evenings.

I cannot even get y domains transferred as they are having problems with their own eNom account.

Overall- not reliable. I also feel that they have been less than honest in the website's claims of support- and less that forthright about this latest issue.

😠 Beware of them! They couldn't fix a simple file permission issue in 2 days. After that I decided to ask for my money back because was in the 30 day money back period. Answer was: "you don't get your money back". Then was banned from their forum - that's why you only see positive comments there.

😉 Couldn't agree more with the other customers. I've been waiting a month to get them to point my domain name to my hosting package. The loss of business is of no concern to them. IN ONE WORD - INCOMPETENT.
