I'm happy with my purchase so far. Although I'm not a professional when it comes to hosting as a customer I've always gotten what I need from Alpshost. You get the feeling that the customer service really cares about you.

We been using alpshost as resellers for over 6 years. Today we host over 1000 sites with alpshost. It's been nothing but problems. The sites are down very often. Sometimes for a week.
There statistics dont work. Gets alot of errors and for long periods it dont register visitors at all.
When we reached the limit of serverdisk we are being charge with a huge amout of dollars to get a little extra Gigabites.
They do changes on the servers that makes many of our sites to crash and they dont care.
Alpshost webmailservice is working very poor. Emails that been sent don't come thru to the reciever.
we hosted around 300 Joomla sites on alpshost and one day alpshost automatically deleted a file on the server on all thoose sites causing them to crash. Alpshost says thats not there problem.
That's my oppinion about Alpshost. Unfortnually we cant move all our sites. would takes years.
Dont use alpshost for any kind of hosting!

😠 sites have been down for 2 days (to date) and have had no response! totally unacceptable. it's been good for the 2 years but have noticed that when you ask for support it takes a good 24 hours for a response. otherwise the control panel is the best i have ever used.
