The business was founded by Muhammad Aslam Saqib, who remains associated with the company as founder and director. More than two decades of operation have turned WebSouls into a broad hosting and Internet-services provider rather than a company focused only on entry-level shared hosting. The standard Web Hosting range is divided into Startup, Grow, Digital and Business plans. Domains are another important part of the business. WebSouls handles international extensions together with Pakistan-specific domains such as .pk, .com.pk and .edu.pk. Other available extensions include .com, .net, .org, .ae, .co.uk, .uk, .us, .ca, .co, .online and .com.au. Domain transfers are supported as well, allowing hosting and domains to be managed from the same provider.
