WebOké is an independent Dutch hosting provider active since 2004, operating through WebaWere Internet Solutions B.V. from Abcoude, Utrecht, Netherlands. The company has kept the same ownership since its early years, all shareholders remain actively involved in the business, and more than 15,000 Dutch customers use its services. LinkedIn places the organization in the 2–10 employee range. Danny De Koning serves as Managing Director of WebOké, while Michel De Koning is Director/Owner of WebaWere Internet Solutions B.V. The company is registered under Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 24366368 and VAT number NL813473238B01.

The business remains relatively focused compared with hosting groups that have expanded through numerous acquisitions. Hardware administration is performed in-house, while the physical servers are colocated in third-party Dutch facilities. WebOké also maintains direct working relationships with the teams behind DirectAdmin, LiteSpeed and CloudLinux. Power Reseller increases each user's resources to four CPU cores and 4 GB RAM and adds SSH/CLI access; its default allocation includes 10 domains and five users, with capacity configurable during ordering. The email hosting range can be used without buying web hosting. Email One provides 5 GB with two mailboxes and two aliases; Email Two increases capacity to 20 GB and five mailboxes; Email Three has 50 GB and 10 mailboxes; Email Four provides 100 GB and 25 mailboxes. Daily backups are retained for 31 days, and an IMAP migration tool can transfer existing mail while preserving folders and message history. Roundcube supplies browser-based webmail, while standard IMAP and SMTP allow use with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app and other conventional clients. Spam and phishing filtering are integrated, and each Email Only package also includes a simple business-card landing page.

Domain registration covers more than 500 extensions. WebOké has been a direct SIDN registrar for .nl domains since 2004, while EURid handles .eu registrations and DNS Belgium is used for .be. Key-Systems/RRPproxy handles other extensions. Domain customers receive DNS management, DNSSEC, URL forwarding, email forwarding and control over common A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV and CAA records. Optional WHOIS privacy is available for .com registrations. An anonymous-registration arrangement is also available for certain extensions, placing WebOké as the registrant while the customer remains the beneficial owner, but this option does not apply to .nl domains.

The Nextcloud hosting service is another substantial part of the portfolio. It keeps cloud files, calendars, contacts, photos, notes, tasks and collaboration functions on Dutch infrastructure and supports desktop, browser and mobile access. Paid tiers receive their own Nextcloud environment, with Nextcloud Office available as an option for editing formats such as DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and ODT. End-to-end encryption can be activated for individual folders. Deleted files remain in the recycle bin for 30 days, file versioning is available, and daily system backups are maintained in a separate datacenter. The important limitation is that those infrastructure backups are intended for service continuity rather than as a contractual substitute for the customer's own backup. Customers remain responsible for maintaining copies of important data and should export everything required before terminating the service.

The Sitebuilder provides a simpler route for small business and static websites. It uses a drag-and-drop editor, AI functions and more than 200 templates, creates portable static HTML/CSS rather than a database-driven proprietary site, and automatically saves a backup after each stored change. A free add-on for existing hosting accounts supports three pages and 22 templates, while the Premium add-on opens the larger template library and AI features. The service is better suited to informational sites than projects requiring sophisticated e-commerce or visitor-account systems.

Free utilities complement the commercial services, including WHOIS, IP and SSL-certificate checks, email-health testing for SPF, DMARC, MX and blacklist issues, and an email migration utility. WebOké also makes NordVPN available as an ancillary VPN option rather than operating its own VPN network. The current hosting catalog concentrates on shared and managed application services rather than offering a broad VPS or dedicated-server range.
