Great Starter Plan Quick Setup
WebHostingHub positions its shared-hosting starter package as an easy way to launch — and later expand — a small site without juggling separate add-ons. A promotional discount cuts the monthly fee to $11.99, and the entry plan ships with 1 GB RAM, a 100-entry process limit, 1 Mb/s disk I/O, and capacity for forty concurrent connections. Two websites can live on the account, supported by ten MySQL or PostgreSQL databases and a trio of free site migrations.
From the first login, cPanel is populated with a one-click WordPress installer, a shopping-cart option, and a site builder. Softaculous adds another four hundred open-source apps that can be deployed in seconds. Visitors are served from SSD storage rather than spinning disks, and every account enjoys unmetered bandwidth plus standard-performance CPU. A private SSL certificate is available at no charge, while a dedicated IP can be layered on for $6 per month.
Email is unlimited, and the control panel makes POP3 or IMAP boxes available on any device. Domain management is straightforward: the first year of a new domain is free, or an existing domain can be transferred with no fee. Owners can park up to five additional domains on the same site and create twenty-five sub-domains for sub-sections such as “blog.example.com” or “store.example.com.”
For marketing, the package bundles $150 in advertising credits. Optional automated backups cost $1 per month and capture an incremental snapshot every 24–36 hours (up to 10 GB). A 90-day money-back guarantee covers the hosting service itself; if the plan is cancelled, the customer simply pays for any non-refundable extras such as a newly registered domain.
Infrastructure basics include CloudLinux isolation, free SSH access, and U.S.-based technical support that answers tickets, chat, or phone calls 24/7/365. Payment can be made with major credit cards or PayPal, after which charges accrue hourly against a prepaid monthly balance.
WebHostingHub’s shared plan combines SSD speed, generous resource allowances, and a lengthy refund window—wrapped in a beginner-friendly toolkit that reduces the friction of launching two modest sites on a single, affordable account.

📄 Editorial Review
Web Hosting Hub is a U.S. shared hosting provider launched in 2010. The company operates as Web Hosting Hub, Inc. and belongs to the founder-led hosting organization behind InMotion Hosting. Todd Robinson and Sunil Saxena founded the wider hosting group, while Web Hosting Hub was later introduced as a separate brand focused on straightforward shared hosting for individuals and small businesses. The company is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and serves more than 40,000 customers with a team of over 200 hosting specialists. Its services are designed mainly for beginners, bloggers, freelancers, associations, small companies, and modest online stores that need conventional Linux hosting without the responsibility of maintaining a server.
The hosting range is built around three shared hosting plans named Spark, Nitro, and Dynamo.
Spark is the entry-level package for personal websites, small company pages, and blogs. It supports two websites, ten MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, 1 GB of memory, 100 processes, 20 entry processes, and 1 MB/s I/O.
Nitro supports unlimited websites and databases and allows the customer to choose between the available U.S. data-center regions. The account receives 2 GB of memory, 200 processes, 40 entry processes, and 1.5 MB/s I/O.
Dynamo is intended for more active websites and larger multi-site accounts. It includes unlimited websites and databases, data-center selection, dynamic resource allocation, 4 GB of memory, 350 processes, 70 entry processes, and 2 MB/s I/O.
Every plan includes *SSD storage, unmetered bandwidth, unlimited email accounts, a free SSL certificate, SSH access, cPanel, Softaculous, and a domain registration or transfer credit for the first year*. WordPress can be installed during checkout, while Softaculous gives customers access to more than 400 applications.
The included BoldGrid Website Builder works on top of WordPress and provides templates, visual editing, and drag-and-drop website creation. Since the completed website remains within the WordPress ecosystem, customers are not locked into a completely proprietary website-building platform.
WordPress Hosting, Blog Hosting, eCommerce Hosting, CMS Hosting, cPanel Hosting, Joomla, Drupal, concrete5, PrestaShop, OpenCart, and Magento hosting all operate on the same Spark, Nitro, and Dynamo shared hosting platform. These options mainly simplify choosing and installing the appropriate application rather than creating technically separate hosting environments.
The service includes domain registration, DNS administration, subdomains, parked domains, email hosting, POP3 and IMAP access, forwarding, spam filtering, databases, cron jobs, PHP, Perl, Python, phpMyAdmin, CGI, and .htaccess support. The platform can accommodate standard WordPress websites, company presentations, forums, learning platforms, membership projects, and smaller e-commerce stores.
Website migration is free for a complete cPanel account of up to 5 GB. Customers without a qualifying cPanel account can receive free migration for as many as three websites or databases, provided each item remains within the applicable size limit. Additional websites or databases cost $10 per item. Temporary URLs allow the transferred content to be checked before the domain DNS is changed.
Web Hosting Hub does not maintain its own VPS, reseller, cloud, dedicated server, or bare-metal product range. VPS visitors are redirected to RamNode, while dedicated, bare-metal, and reseller requirements are handled through InMotion Hosting. This provides a route toward more powerful hosting, although upgrading beyond shared hosting requires moving to another brand and potentially another account environment.
The service is primarily aimed at the U.S. market, with the storefront and support content available in English and prices displayed mainly in U.S. dollars.
The website remains functional on modern desktop and mobile screens, although some application information reflects an earlier generation of the hosting market. References to older software versions, legacy webmail applications, and outdated application relationships make parts of the content look neglected. Customers who require a particular PHP, database, or application version should confirm its current availability before ordering.
With no LinkedIn public profile, a dead blog, and a still-listed link to the long-defunct Google+ platform, webhostinghub.com gives the impression of a company with limited progress and poor website maintenance. These outdated trust signals weaken the company’s public credibility and suggest that its online presence has not been properly reviewed or modernized.
In addition, the website’s unusually small font size and dated presentation make the overall business appear less professional. Combined with the inactive communication channels and obsolete external links, webhostinghub.com presents a more dormant and poorly maintained profile rather than that of an actively developed hosting provider.

😠 they randomly decided to increase our monthly hosting fees by a whopping US$1 per month with effect from 1 Jan 2020, claiming that cPanel increased their fees. When I wrote in to request for termination and refund, they flatly refuse to respond to my support ticket and external email (total of 3 times). Avoid this company at all costs.
