😠 they randomly decided to increase our monthly hosting fees by a whopping US$1 per month with effect from 1 Jan 2020, claiming that cPanel increased their fees. When I wrote in to request for termination and refund, they flatly refuse to respond to my support ticket and external email (total of 3 times). Avoid this company at all costs.

😠 Stinks. They talk about customer service, but it's really just lip service. I've had ongoing issues with my sites, and they take days to reply, send me to someone else, say they can't do it, whatever. Excuse after excuse. Slow to load, sites down, you name it, I've got it. Right now, I'm paying for websites that aren't active while I wait for them to get their acts together and sort this out for the second time in only a few months. Completely abysmal. Once I get my sites back, I will be taking my business elsewhere since I have wasted too much time with these jokers without seeing the results.

😠 Not worth the value
You get what you pay for. My church website has been down for two days. I've called tech support several times. They tried to blame it on weebly.com where I have it hosted, but the dns records and a records sit on your servers. I can't even get into my church email.

😞 Very good except for technical issues
For the most part, Web Hosting Hub is terrific. Great 24/7 customer service and all the necessary features for an excellent price.

Where they utterly bomb is in consistency of service. In the 2 years I have hosted my 2 websites with them, I have been in touch with a technician due to some problem no less than 20 times. My database was once completely lost (luckily I had backup because their backup - that you pay extra for - is worthless), my account has been suspended, and unaccessible due to server issues more times then I can recall.

Very, Very bad in this regard!

😁 AMAZING! I LOVE WHH!
From the first day that I accidentally stumbled upon Webhosting Hub it's been a beautiful relationship! For starters, I had been having all kinds of issues with my previous two hosting providers (because they straight up sucked as I've since learned, and one of which I stayed with less than 24 hours)... so before spending a penny with WHH I called them to see how this company was going to treat me. From the beginning they were HUMAN, VERY friendly... and when I asked about various issues I had been having with my previous hosting company, she assured me that they could provide the services I required at minimum cost. After their sales person spent almost 2 hours with me on the phone (with me telling him within the first 5 minutes I wasn't spending any money for at least 2 weeks), I found that not only was the staff very knowledgeable about their services (even the very technical stuff), but at no point was I ever treated like just another potential sale. 😁 The negatives are:
- I cannot access the control panel instantly. It will take around 2 hours for the account to get approved. Then, their sales representative will call.
- The control panel is not that attractive. It uses CPanelX but seems like the old version.
- The price is somewhat high.

The pros are:
- The sales representative is very friendly. I had a nice chat with him, even though English is not my native language.
- It can access the website and FTP with no problem, even though I'm from Malaysia and my website is hosted in USA. iPage has this problem.
- The support is fast, via chat, ticket or phone.

So far so good, probably because it is a new company, with fewer customers, compared to big brands out there like iPage, Hostgator. So there is no problem with support, bandwidth etc. Overall it is strongly recommended.
