😠 Amazing how bad hosting can be. After my experience with VPSCheap I don't think anyone could be worse.
Constantly, automatically shutting down my server, terrible speed, their highest available package cannot run a simple wordpress installation with woocommerce.
Unfortunately the real issues only started as soon as I had made payment for the second year and after reading the horror stories of people trying to get a refund I decided not to torment myself like that. but they started off by completely erasing my server a month after I had paid for the second year and kindly informed me that since I had not paid extra for a backup option everything was lost, since then they have been shutting down my server every few days so currently my uptime monitor show that it is averaging 25% up. I guess that is my fault as I do not constantly every few minutes check if they have turned off my server again.
Support is extremely unhelpful, you get a rubbish server and must manage it yourself but they don't tell you it is an extremely slow and faulty piece of rubbish you or going to suffer with. If I could go back in time and change 1 thing it would be ever having anything to do with VPSCheap.
I am extremely excited right now though, my contract is almost up and then I am going to format my computer and erase my server in the hopes of never ever ever seeing anything that references VPSCheap again.
You have my condolences should you find yourself suffering with this outstandingly terrible company.
