😠 I have to spend my extra time to warn other Australian fellows. If you want to live longer, you have to stay away from this horrible company.
I was a happy customer from Quadrahosting (Australian company) for over 10 years until the date they were acquired by Vodien (Singapore company or Philippine company?) and my life in hell started. First of all, they just migrated my data and then a month later migrate my server, I was unaware of it and all of my one month data was lost and need to be manually re-entered. Then they suddenly changed IP addresses, my email security, SQL Server, FTP security. On top of it, the website was suddenly down for no reasons at all, need to reboot. They don't monitor, I was told that by my customers that my website was down. All in all, whatever problem you can think of, they have it.
But this is not the worst. The worst is their support in The Philippine. You can only talk to their Tier 1 support, which they are like machine, always said they understood your frustration and email the same apology. Then they escalate to their "higher" support, Tier 2, which did nothing but to escalate to their "highest" support, Tier 3. Then you wait for two days, let them message it back down to Tier 1 and get response.
After a fix, they apologised but they would not tell you the reason of the problem no matter how hard you try to find out.
Do you think this is done? No, the problem was that they never learnt! After the same problem get fixed, exactly same problem would be occurred again in next month or so. Then you tell them how to fix it because it happened many times in the past. But they still need to escalate to their higher support because they have no power to make the change!
One other annoying restriction is that you can access your database remotely but restricted to home only (and not dynamic IP). Forget working in cafe or using mobile network because once your IP address is different, you cannot login to your database. If you are in the cafe want to work on your database, you have to call their Tier 1 support, then they escalate to Tier 2, then message it back down to Tier 1 and there you go, you can access it after a day or two, by the time, you already come back home!
Well, I am such a nice person (or lazy because I don't want the extra work in moving server), I forgive and give them another chance, one by one, one by one, for nearly 12 months, until last week that my website suddenly get suspended status from them which took me a week to get them fix it (still they did not tell me what went wrong and who was responsible for it). I made up my mind and switched. Very glad that I found a very good local Australia company. I will have a good night sleep tonight. But before I relax, I still take my time to write this review, warning others, simply because I don't want others to suffer like me.
To give you an idea of my suffering, I had less than 20 support tickets when I was with Quadrahosting for 10 years, where I already had over 150 support tickets with this shocking Vodien company for less than 10 months. This did not include countless nights of phone calls!
Due to the ongoing major problem I had with this company, I had not choice but to cancel the service. There are still four months of unused service which I seeked for the refund for that portion.
Then I just found out how shocking of this company in treating my payment. In the last 10 years record, every payment I made, they first treated that as a purchase of Member Credits. Then they converted the Member Credits into purchase the service. I didn't know what it meaned until now.
When I asked for the refund, they said because the service was purchased via Member Credits. Hence, they could only provide via Member Credits. How ridiculous?
I have never seen such a deceiving company operating in the world!

😠 Extremely poor service! Hosting is down for 2 days and yet it's still not fixed! Company email not accessible at all since 2 days ago! We are in import and export business and this really causing damage to our company! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Even they give u FOC also dont use as they are completely unreliable!!!!
