The operation traces its earlier history to the EzzyTech Networks name before the VernalWeb brand was adopted in 2019. EzzyTech Networks also remains connected to the business through its bank-transfer payment information. The company is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh and serves more than 10,000 customers.

Its portfolio goes well beyond basic shared hosting and includes shared web hosting, cloud hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, storage VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, business email, Google Workspace, SSL certificates, spam filtering, WordPress hosting, Node.js hosting, Laravel hosting, Python hosting and Bangladesh-focused BDIX hosting. This makes VernalWeb useful for customers ranging from individuals with a single website to developers, agencies and businesses that require isolated server resources.

The standard Web Hosting range uses NVMe storage, cPanel, free AutoSSL and LiteSpeed (litespeedtech.com). Solo supports one website with 5 GB NVMe storage and 1 GB RAM, while Trim increases this to five websites and 20 GB. Geek and Turbo support unlimited websites with 35 GB and 50 GB of storage respectively, together with higher CPU and RAM allocations and additional security features.
