VeneHosting is a long-established hosting provider with Venezuelan origins and administrative operations in Montreal, Canada. Founded in August 2001, the company serves individuals, freelancers, developers and small businesses that need Spanish-language assistance, inexpensive website hosting and payment options adapted to the Venezuelan market.

Its active service range includes Linux shared hosting, multi-domain hosting, domain registration and transfers, free SSL certificates, VPN services, email hosting and website-management tools. A VPS section exists, but the service is still marked as coming soon and has no configurations available for purchase. Dedicated servers appear in the contractual conditions, although there is no active public catalog for them.

The standard shared-hosting range begins with the Byte package at $0.70 per month. It includes 125 MB of storage, 10 GB of monthly data transfer and one email account. As it does not include databases, it is suitable mainly for a small static HTML website.

The Kilo plan costs $2 per month and increases the available space to 250 MB, with 20 GB of monthly transfer and five email accounts. Mega costs $4 per month and includes 500 MB of storage, 40 GB of transfer and 20 mailboxes. Giga provides 1 GB of storage, 100 GB of transfer and 100 email accounts for $7.50 per month. The largest standard package, Tera, costs $15 per month and includes 2 GB of storage, unlimited monthly transfer and 200 mailboxes.

These storage allocations are modest by current hosting-market standards, especially for WordPress websites containing many images, retained backups or large email accounts. They remain practical for small business presentations, personal websites, lightweight blogs and simple application projects.

The technical environment supports PHP 8.0 through PHP 8.3, MariaDB/MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, Node.js, Ruby, CGI, FastCGI, SSI, scheduled tasks, protected SSH access, FTP accounts, DNSSEC, custom error pages and traffic statistics. The exact features depend on the selected plan, since the smallest package does not include the full database and application environment.

WordPress websites can be administered through WordPress Toolkit, while Laravel Toolkit assists with deployment and application management. SiteJet provides a visual website builder for customers who prefer to create pages without manually writing code. Google PageSpeed integration, HTTPS redirection and server-level compression provide additional options for improving website performance.

Email functions include aliases, forwarding, autoresponders and protection based on SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SpamAssassin and DNS blocklists. These functions are useful for basic business correspondence, although customers with several active mailboxes must carefully manage the limited disk space included with each plan.

The multi-domain hosting range is intended for developers, agencies and customers operating several websites under one account. VIP 1 begins at $21 per month, VIP 2 at $31.50 and VIP 3 at $42. Domain services include registration, renewal and transfer of international extensions. Customers retain access to domain ownership information, nameserver settings, transfer locks and EPP authorization codes. Identity protection is available for compatible extensions, while email forwarding can be configured without purchasing a complete hosting package.

Venezuelan extensions such as .com.ve are not registered directly through VeneHosting. Customers can obtain them through NIC.ve and then configure the domain to use VeneHosting’s nameservers.

Free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates are included with hosting accounts. Certificates can be generated through the control panel and renew automatically, avoiding separate annual certificate charges for standard HTTPS protection.

The website supports prices in US dollars and Venezuelan bolivars. Language selectors are available for Spanish, English, French and Italian, although the main commercial information, documentation and knowledge base remain predominantly in Spanish. The non-Spanish versions therefore provide only partial localization.

The website has a responsive layout that remains usable on desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. Some areas are less current, including the unfinished VPS section, older knowledge-base articles and occasional differences between plan summaries and detailed feature tables. The final order form remains the most relevant place for confirming current limits and billing totals.
