*📜 Plan description

AMD EPYC 9554P is listed for Singapore at EUR 549.00 per month, excluding tax, on a one-month term. The product is sold out and cannot currently be added to the basket. Availability and provisioning must be confirmed before ordering. Other term totals, operating-system installation choices and licence prices are unspecified for this unavailable configuration.

The hardware includes AMD EPYC 9554P; 64 cores at 3.10 GHz, 128 GB DDR5 ECC registered memory, two 960 GB NVMe SSDs and IPMI/KVM remote access. Included monthly traffic and plan-specific upgrade prices are unspecified for this sold-out configuration.

This is a physical dedicated server with IPMI/KVM remote access and a UPS-protected power connection. The customer administers the operating system, applications, security and data; hardware maintenance is provided by velia.net. Faulty hardware replacement is included. Technical engineers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a stated 30-minute response target. Email contact, customer-area support tickets and live chat are available. Telephone contact is for accounting rather than technical support. DDoS protection is included, and dedicated servers support game hosting and audio/video streaming workloads.

The dedicated-server offer states 99.9% uptime. The general contractual availability commitment is 99.0% per calendar month, excluding maintenance, unless a separate service-level agreement applies. All amounts exclude tax and are intended for business customers; the applicable tax percentage is unspecified. There is no setup charge. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. No money-back period or separate renewal price is specified. Contracts renew for the same term unless cancelled with the applicable notice: one month for terms of up to six months and three months for annual terms. The customer is responsible for regular external backups; an optional backup service, where listed, is charged separately.

The installed two 960 GB NVMe SSDs provide 1.92 TB of raw disk capacity. velia.net's standard delivery policy is RAID 1 mirroring. The disk-space field therefore represents the standard mirrored capacity of 960 GB (960000 MB), calculated from these two drives and the standard RAID 1 delivery policy. A custom RAID or JBOD configuration must be requested before installation and can change usable capacity; the product-specific configurator is unavailable while this model is sold out.

📄 Editorial Review

velia.net is a German infrastructure provider founded in 2003 and headquartered in Hanau, Hesse, Germany. The company concentrates on dedicated bare-metal infrastructure rather than conventional mass-market shared hosting, with a strong focus on high-performance servers, gaming platforms, AI workloads, big-data systems, blockchain infrastructure and custom multi-server deployments.

The company expanded from its German base into an international server provider and today operates infrastructure in Frankfurt, Strasbourg, New York, Miami, St. Louis and Singapore. It became part of GoDaddy in 2017 and returned to independent operation in 2023. The current operating structure includes velia Midco GmbH, while velia.net Internetdienste GmbH remains the German operating company. Arek Akili serves as CEO and managing director and Ridvan Kesgin as CFO and managing director.

The organization has grown to more than 85 professionals, over 5,000 business customers and more than 40,000 managed servers. Its development has continued with the addition of Singapore infrastructure in 2023, NVIDIA H100 GPU systems in 2024, newer AMD EPYC Zen 5 platforms and NVIDIA H200 infrastructure in 2025, and an expanded U.S. presence including New York.

The main Dedicated Server portfolio covers Intel Xeon, AMD Ryzen and AMD EPYC platforms. Customers receive complete physical machines with full administrative control rather than virtualized resources. Remote hardware access through IPMI/KVM is included on appropriate configurations, giving administrators console-level access even when the operating system or normal network connection is unavailable.

Intel Xeon Servers remain part of the business-oriented range and include single-processor as well as dual-processor configurations. These systems are suited to conventional enterprise applications, virtualization, database workloads and hosting environments that benefit from mature Xeon platforms. SSD and NVMe storage options are available depending on server generation and location.

AMD Ryzen Servers concentrate on high single-core performance. Current Ryzen 9 9950X systems use Zen 5 processors with 16 cores and 32 threads, DDR5 memory and fast NVMe storage. This combination is particularly useful for gaming, latency-sensitive databases, application servers and workloads where high clock speed is more valuable than very large core counts.

AMD EPYC Servers cover heavier enterprise, virtualization, database and data-processing requirements. Newer systems use fifth-generation EPYC processors together with registered DDR5 memory, enterprise NVMe storage and considerably larger memory capacities. EPYC hardware also forms the basis for many of the specialized AI, blockchain and big-data configurations.

The Gaming Server range is designed for production gaming environments rather than simply repackaging a generic dedicated server. Available architectures can support MMO platforms, esports systems, game backends, APIs, development and QA infrastructure, analytics and streaming-related workloads. Ryzen configurations work well where game engines need high per-core performance, while EPYC and Xeon systems are better suited to highly parallel backend services. Larger customers can combine multiple machines with private switching, load balancing and custom network arrangements.

The AI & GPU Server range has developed substantially. NVIDIA H200 hardware is now one of the principal accelerator options, with each H200 providing 141 GB of HBM3e memory and up to 4.8 TB/s memory bandwidth. Dual-GPU configurations can use NVLink, while the host systems combine high-core-count processors, DDR5 memory and NVMe storage. These servers target large language models, AI training, inference, machine learning and GPU-intensive analytics where exclusive physical access to the accelerators is preferable to shared cloud resources.

Big Data Servers combine high-core-count CPUs, large memory allocations and fast local storage. Ryzen 9 9950X configurations can combine 192 GB of DDR5 ECC memory with dual NVMe drives, while higher-end EPYC systems substantially increase CPU, RAM and storage capacity. These machines fit databases, indexing systems, data analytics, search platforms and other I/O-intensive applications.

The Web3 Server range targets blockchain nodes, validators, RPC infrastructure and other decentralized applications. Bare-metal deployment removes the virtualization layer and gives customers consistent access to CPU, RAM and storage resources. Depending on the workload and location, network connectivity can extend to 10 or 25 Gbit/s, while NVMe storage and integrated DDoS protection are particularly useful for high-traffic blockchain applications.

A dedicated Solana Server range provides high-memory EPYC systems for validators and RPC nodes. Current EPYC 9555P configurations can include 768 GB of DDR5 memory, dual NVMe storage and 10 Gbit/s connectivity. Remote hardware management, DDoS protection and infrastructure support are included as part of this specialized deployment model.

The Reseller Program is intended for hosting companies, MSPs and other businesses that want to resell dedicated infrastructure. It has no initial participation fee and adds volume-oriented discounts, reduced hardware-upgrade pricing, discounts on premium services, account management and support for custom infrastructure requirements.

Optional Acronis Cyber Backup adds off-server protection for customers who do not want to rely exclusively on locally stored backups. It supports scheduled backups, retention policies, cloud storage, AES-256 encryption, ransomware protection and bare-metal recovery. Standard dedicated servers remain primarily self-managed, so maintaining appropriate backup policies remains an important customer responsibility.

The company operates primarily in English for international customers, while German remains important for contractual purposes. The German version of the contractual documentation takes precedence where translations differ.
