The company is based in Pretoria and has developed a considerably broader portfolio than a typical shared-hosting provider, combining managed Linux hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, internet radio hosting, radio reseller systems, FTP storage and backup services, website development, PWA development, WHMCS services, monitoring and server administration.

The primary Linux Hosting range consists of managed cPanel accounts using SSD/NVMe storage. Packages start with smaller entry-level accounts and extend to plans offering 50 GB, 100 GB and 200 GB of storage. The hosting environment includes HTTP/2, cPanel, Softaculous, PHP 7.x and 8.x, free SSL certificates, a free VPN, spam protection, DoS protection and regular malware scanning.

Website migration work covers Joomla, WordPress and conventional HTML sites, while additional server-administration services are available for customers needing upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance or security-related work.

Domain registration covers South African extensions together with numerous international and new generic extensions. Domain registration, transfers and renewals are handled through the same customer account used for hosting and related services.

The overall interface remains functional but retains the structure and visual style associated with older WHMCS-based hosting websites.
