😁 Universal Solutions is one of the best service providers in South Africa.
They are fast, prompt and provide exceptional service and provide support with ease through their website.
At first I was not excited about not having phone support but it actually turned out the support is faster, although Billing does have phone support now and they do get a level 3 admin on to your problem in no time, they are a lot more efficient online. What they don’t have through voice they definitely make up for virtually.
I have been with this company for 5 years and don’t intent to leave anytime soon.
