The business operates through UKNODE LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales on August 6, 2024, under company number 15880458. The hosting brand therefore predates the incorporation of the current limited company.

UKNode has developed a much broader service portfolio than a conventional low-cost VPS provider. Its range covers shared web hosting, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, managed VPS, game VPS, dedicated servers, specialized bare-metal systems, colocation, private cloud infrastructure, managed firewalls, email security, business VPNs, replication, out-of-band management, domain registration, software licenses, migrations and custom software development.

The shared hosting platform combines cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, NVMe storage, Softaculous, free SSL certificates and SpamExperts email filtering. The Starter package is suitable for one website and includes 20 GB of NVMe storage. Business hosting increases this to five websites and 50 GB, while the Pro package supports unlimited websites, 100 GB of storage, staging tools, SSH and Git access, daily backups and migration assistance.

WordPress users can manage installations through WP Toolkit. This adds staging, cloning, security hardening, vulnerability protection, centralized updates, plugin management, theme management and rollback functions. Dedicated servers are built around owned Dell and HPE hardware hosted in Manchester. Available systems include Intel Xeon E-series processors and larger dual Xeon Gold configurations. Hardware RAID, IPv4, IPv6, private VLANs, remote hardware management and high-speed networking are available. Deployment usually requires between one and three working days, depending on hardware stock and the requested configuration.

Specialized bare-metal systems are available for Proxmox, WordPress, Magento and cPanel/WHM. Proxmox servers can include NVMe storage, public IP allocations, private VLANs, backup targets and hardware-level remote management. WordPress and Magento servers receive application-specific PHP, database and caching optimization. cPanel servers are suitable for web-hosting companies, resellers, agencies and businesses that need multiple isolated hosting accounts.

The enterprise range includes private cloud systems based on dedicated hardware, ZFS storage, 10 Gbps LACP networking, managed hypervisors, VLAN segmentation and real-time failover. Replication services use Proxmox VE and ZFS to synchronize workloads between nodes and restart virtual machines on replacement hardware when a primary node fails.

Domain registration covers more than 100 extensions and includes WHOIS privacy where supported, registrar locking, DNS management, email forwarding, automatic renewal and transfer assistance. Additional services include free hosting migrations, ispmanager and cPanel-related licenses, charity hosting and custom web or mobile application development.

The custom development service covers technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Flutter and React Native. This creates an additional route for companies that need both infrastructure and development work from the same supplier.

Eligible UK charities, community-interest companies and nonprofit organizations can apply for free hosting and a free .co.uk domain. The charity package includes SSL certificates, backups, support and a 99.9% uptime commitment.

The partnership with CloudNord (cloudnord.net) transfers CloudNord’s VPS and shared-hosting customers to UKNode, while CloudNord concentrates more heavily on game-server hosting. No acquisition value or purchase agreement has been disclosed.
