Backups run every 4 hours and are aggregated into daily, weekly and monthly restore points, with previous-month data stored safely on another server in a Dutch data center. The backup service is available for Linux systems and is not available for Windows. It can be configured according to the amount of storage that needs protection.
Tilaa infrastructure components extend Cloud VPS environments with storage, protection and networking functions that can be combined with one or multiple servers. Snapshots can be restored or cloned to create new servers, managed backups run every 4 hours and are aggregated into daily, weekly and monthly restore points, block storage adds large scalable volumes, NFS shares provide central SSD-based storage between servers, and floating IPs support failover designs. Data and backups are kept in Dutch data centers, with snapshots and backups cross-stored across Dutch facilities where applicable. The services are managed from the Tilaa control layer and can be added to existing environments to improve recovery, availability, migration flexibility and operational continuity. The platform is built around redundant networking, multiple storage nodes, Dutch data residency, 24/7 support availability, and clear monthly billing in EUR.
