😠 Email has NEVER WORKED and they DON'T Respond
I've had my domain there for years but, about a year ago, I paid to have my email hosted there, too.
That has NEVER WORKED in spite of multiple requests to resolve the problem. The only thing I get from them is their bill.
If my experience is typical, I would stay the heck away from them.
