Syskay Systems is a Nigerian web hosting and domain provider active since 2006. Based in Lagos, the company serves individuals, web developers, small businesses, and medium-sized organizations that prefer local customer service and billing in Nigerian Naira. Orders are handled online, while the Ajah-Lekki office provides a physical business presence in Nigeria.

The service portfolio includes Linux Shared Hosting, Windows ASP.NET Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Managed VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, email hosting features, and website-building tools. Some infrastructure products, including VPS and dedicated servers, are available primarily through the billing area rather than the main navigation.

Linux shared hosting is divided into Standard, Business, Advanced, Premium, and Corporate packages. Available resources range from 5 GB to 50 GB of SSD storage and from 20 GB to 200 GB of monthly bandwidth. The plans include free SSL certificates, a website builder, malware scanning, weekly backups, Softaculous, cron jobs, email accounts, FTP access, MySQL databases, and compatibility with WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

Several PHP versions are available, including PHP 5.6, 7.4, and 8.1. This flexibility is useful for customers maintaining older websites, although new projects should use a currently supported PHP branch whenever possible.

The Linux plans are designed mainly for one primary website because add-on domains are not included. Higher packages increase storage, bandwidth, subdomains, databases, email accounts, and FTP accounts, but they do not become conventional multi-domain hosting plans. The entry-level Standard package is currently unavailable, while Business and larger packages remain available through the ordering process.

Windows hosting is aimed at customers running Microsoft-based websites and legacy business applications. The platform includes Windows Server 2019, IIS 10, Plesk, Web Deploy, MSSQL 2012, ASP.NET 2.0–4.8, .NET Core 1.x–3.x, MariaDB, Classic ASP, Crystal Reports, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and webmail.

Storage on the primary Windows plans ranges from 5 GB to 50 GB, while larger 100 GB packages are also available. The environment remains practical for older ASP.NET and Classic ASP applications, but MSSQL 2012 and the available .NET Core versions are dated. Developers planning a new application should confirm whether newer SQL Server and .NET versions can be supplied before ordering. The Standard and Business ASP.NET plans are currently unavailable, while Advanced and larger configurations remain orderable.

Reseller hosting uses cPanel and WHM. The packages provide between 10 and 50 cPanel accounts, 20 GB to 150 GB of SSD storage, and monthly bandwidth allowances ranging from 200 GB to 1.5 TB. Free SSL, malware scanning, Softaculous, email, FTP, MySQL, WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal support are included.

The reseller range is currently unavailable. Resellers must also provide technical support to their own customers because Syskay does not assist reseller end users directly.

The Managed VPS portfolio consists of three Vortex plans. These configurations provide 8 GB, 16 GB, or 32 GB of RAM, together with 80 GB, 160 GB, or 240 GB of SSD storage. Every plan includes 20 TB of monthly bandwidth, Webuzo, root SSH access, daily backups, and weekly backups. The largest configuration includes eight virtual CPU cores.

These VPS plans are priced as managed business infrastructure rather than low-cost self-managed virtual servers. Customers should confirm the exact scope of management, including operating-system maintenance, security updates, monitoring, migrations, troubleshooting, and application-level assistance.

The current Dedicated Server configuration includes a 24-core/32-thread processor, 64 GB DDR5 ECC registered memory, two 1.8 TB data-center NVMe drives configured in RAID 1, an unmetered 1 Gbit/s connection, AlmaLinux 9, Webuzo, firewall protection, malware scanning, 1 TB of remote backup capacity, and 24/7 ticket support. The server is located in Germany.

Domain registration covers Nigerian extensions such as .com.ng, .org.ng, .ng, and .i.ng, alongside international extensions including .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .co.uk, .tv, .us, .io, .app, .dev, .tech, .shop, and .africa. Registrations, transfers, and renewals are managed through the client area.

A standalone Comodo Positive SSL Certificate remains part of the catalog, although it is currently unavailable. Shared-hosting customers already receive free SSL certificates, so a separate paid certificate is unnecessary for most standard websites.

The acceptable-use rules are strict. Shared and reseller customers may not consume 25% or more of the server’s resources for longer than 90 seconds. Proxies, IRC applications, gaming servers, direct SMTP mailers, file-dump services, many streaming activities, cryptocurrency investment projects, gambling-related websites, and several other resource-intensive or high-risk services are prohibited.

Outbound email is limited to 250 messages per domain per hour. This is adequate for normal business correspondence and website notifications but unsuitable for large mailing lists or bulk-email campaigns.

Weekly backups are included with shared hosting, although customers remain responsible for keeping independent backup copies. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond the 30-day grace period after expiration may be permanently deleted.

The website and client area are available in English, while prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira / NGN. The main website uses an older Joomla-based design, and the billing interface contains outdated product entries, duplicated packages, and several untranslated localization labels. The service remains usable, but the ordering experience is less polished than that of modern hosting platforms.
