SRSPlus is a long-established US wholesale domain registrar and Internet-services platform focused primarily on resellers, agencies, hosting providers, web professionals and businesses managing services for their own customers. The SRSPlus brand dates to 2001, and TLDS L.L.C. d/b/a SRSPlus operates as an ICANN-accredited registrar under IANA registrar ID 320.

SRSPlus has a substantial corporate history. It became part of Network Solutions, which was acquired by Web.com (web.com) in 2011. SRSPlus now operates within the wider Newfold Digital (newfold.com) group through TLDS L.L.C.

The company's principal business remains domain registration and reseller domain management. More than 140 domain extensions are available, covering major generic extensions together with numerous country-code domains. Domain accounts include DNS hosting, real-time DNS changes, A and MX record management, bulk administration, domain protection and automatic renewal. Resellers managing large portfolios can also qualify for bulk transfer arrangements.

Domain Privacy protects registrant contact information by replacing publicly visible details with privacy-service information while keeping the customer as the legal registrant. The service includes masked email forwarding, alternate postal contact details and telephone information.

The shared hosting range includes separate UNIX/Linux and Windows plans. Linux hosting ranges from 50 GB to unlimited storage and includes unlimited data transfer, FTP access, automatic restore facilities, a website builder and support for popular open-source applications. Windows hosting ranges from 5 GB to unlimited storage, with 250 GB through unlimited monthly transfer depending on the plan, together with FTP, SSH/shell access, MySQL, firewall protection and a browser-based hosting control panel.

Some parts of the hosting catalog retain older technical specifications, including references to Windows Server 2008 and MySQL 5. For domain reselling this has limited impact, but customers intending to place modern applications on the hosting platform should confirm the exact software versions currently provisioned before deploying production workloads.

Premium additionally supports custom SSL checkout and recurring payment functionality.

Standalone DNS Hosting is available for domains registered elsewhere. It supports as many as 250 hosts or subdomains, catch-all subdomains and common DNS record types including A, MX, CNAME, SRV and TXT.

The reseller environment is built around Partner Manager, a centralized browser-based interface covering domains, hosting, email, SSL certificates, eCommerce, DNS, customer accounts and billing. Larger resellers can automate operations through the XML API, allowing domain and service management to be integrated into their own storefront or provisioning system.

SRSPlus also provides an End User Control Panel. Resellers can give their customers permission to make DNS changes, update account information and manage selected website or eCommerce settings without exposing functions capable of generating billable transactions.

Domain renewal reminders can be automated 30, 15 and 5 days before expiration and again on the expiration date. Different notification configurations allow communication to remain under the reseller's own brand.

The relationship is fundamentally wholesale. Resellers establish their own retail prices, maintain the commercial relationship with end users and normally provide first-line customer support. SRSPlus supplies the registrar infrastructure and underlying services.
