This company is shit. Go elsewhere. No phone number to call. I also had a cc on file for auto renewal, but I never got any notice they had issues with it - and they just shut down my website with a big pop up to let all my customers know that I hadn't paid my invoice. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT USE THEM

🗨 This customer has expired CC in her account, therefore the auto-renew was not possible. Six (6) emails have been sent to this customer informing that her CC is expired and that she needs to pay her invoice manually. Unfortunately, she ignored all of them. Additionally, according to our logs, prior to account suspension she was several times in her client area on the page where the big notice that she has the outdated invoice were placed. Unfortunately, she ignored that message as well. Therefore, the only option to bring her attention was the temporary account suspension, which is the hosting industry common way for bringing attention of customers who is not paying their invoices on time.
