SJR is a Tunisian web hosting and domain-registration provider operated by Businessweb Agency SUARL. The company has been active since 2010 and serves individuals, companies, developers and web agencies from its office in Tunis. Ramzi Jlassi is associated with the business as Director General, while the company profile places its workforce in the 11–50 employee range.

Its development has remained closely connected to the Tunisian internet market. SJR reached 112 active customers in February 2011, passed 1,000 active customers during the following year and later expanded to more than 10,000 managed domain names and hosting accounts.

The service portfolio includes domain registration, Linux shared hosting, reseller hosting, Windows hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, managed servers, professional email, SSL certificates and website-building services. SJR is also accredited by ATI for the registration of Tunisian .tn domain names, making it particularly relevant for local businesses that need a Tunisian web identity.

Linux shared hosting is divided into Basic, Business and Premium plans. Storage allowances range from 5 GB to 50 GB, while traffic, email accounts, FTP access and MySQL databases are offered without fixed limits. Free SSL certificates, one-click application installation and migration assistance are included. The Premium package also includes a domain name.

The Linux hosting platform combines SSD storage, LiteSpeed, NGINX, selectable PHP versions, AwStats and Webalizer. This is a practical combination for WordPress websites, business pages, online stores and traditional PHP applications. Reseller hosting is aimed at agencies, developers and customers who want to sell hosting under their own brand. Packages provide between 100 GB and 300 GB of storage and allow between 5 and 50 individual hosting accounts. Traffic and email usage are unlimited within the available server resources.

The reseller environment includes WHM, cPanel, MySQL, PostgreSQL, FTP access, automated backups and restoration tools. White-label operation is supported, while CloudLinux separates the resources assigned to individual accounts. WHMCS is associated with a higher reseller level for customer billing and automated provisioning, although this package is not included in the current comparison table.

Windows hosting is available for websites and applications based on Microsoft technologies. The three packages include 100 GB, 200 GB or 300 GB of storage, unlimited traffic, Microsoft IIS, SQL Server and ASP.NET MVC support. Management is handled through Plesk.

The Windows platform still references IIS 7.5, SQL Server 2012, .NET Framework 4.5 and ASP.NET MVC 4. These versions are considerably older than current Microsoft hosting environments. Customers planning to deploy a recent ASP.NET or .NET application should confirm the exact Windows Server, SQL Server and framework versions before ordering.

VPS services include remote rebooting, resource monitoring, firewall protection, full backups, restoration assistance and secondary DNS. Server monitoring is available continuously, with emergency intervention possible within one hour. The VPS comparison does not provide complete CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth and IP allocations, so the final technical configuration should be confirmed in writing.

Dedicated servers include root access, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, unmetered transfer and a choice of SATA or SSD storage. The configurations range from Intel Xeon E3 servers with 16 GB RAM to Intel Xeon E5 systems with 64 GB RAM.

These dedicated systems are suitable for storage, backups, established websites, application servers and workloads that do not require recent-generation processors. Several configurations use older Xeon processors, DDR3 memory and relatively small SATA SSDs, making them less attractive for highly demanding databases, virtualization clusters or modern compute-intensive applications.

Managed server administration can be added for an additional monthly fee. This service covers hardware and software maintenance and is useful for customers who do not want to manage operating-system updates, security, monitoring and technical incidents themselves.

SJR also provides professional email packages, SSL certificates, a website builder, WHOIS searches, an internet speed test and Facebook Ads campaign services. The professional email plans are clearly priced, although the SSL and website-builder sections provide fewer technical and commercial details.

The main storefront is written in French, while the language selector includes English, Vietnamese, French and German. The localization system contains duplicated entries, and a complete English experience is not consistently available. Product pricing is displayed in Tunisian dinars.

The website remains functional but contains several outdated software references, incomplete product tables, mixed terminology and unfinished template elements. Customers should therefore rely on a written quotation for advanced services rather than assuming every visible specification is current.
