Site.com.br is a Brazilian website-building, hosting, email and online-services provider founded in 2004 as a project of Simple Host Informática Ltda., based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The legal company behind the service, Simple Host Informática Ltda., CNPJ 24.054.546/0001-93, has a considerably longer history, dating to September 14, 1988, while the Simple Host internet operation was already active before Site.com.br was launched.

Mateus Botelho Mattos is the shareholder-administrator of Simple Host Informática and has long been associated with both Site.com.br and Simple Host. Candice Penchel Alvarenga Botelho Mattos is also registered as a shareholder. The company operates with a relatively small team while serving a much larger customer base, with more than 800,000 customers served and over one million websites created during its history.

The current portfolio is centered around Sites Sob Demanda, professional email, domain registration, online stores, WordPress services, WP Security Pro, website assembly and BotStudio AI chatbots. Traditional VPS, dedicated server and colocation products are not part of the current product range, so the service is better suited to individuals, small businesses, designers and agencies looking for managed website tools and conventional hosting resources.

Sites Sob Demanda is the main hosting product. It combines hosting with WordPress, a premium drag-and-drop editor and ready-made responsive templates. With the exception of the Individual package, professional plans can host unlimited websites and online stores within the purchased resource limits. Customers receive full WordPress administrator access and can install themes and plugins instead of being restricted to a closed website-builder environment.

Hosting features include unlimited data transfer, free SSL certificates, unlimited subdomains, multiple FTP accounts, automatic backups with 30-day retention and one-click restoration. More advanced users also have access to SSH, Cron, Git and Memcached. The platform uses SSD caching, LiteSpeed Web Server, CloudLinux, PHP and MySQL, while CPU, RAM and process allocations increase with the higher plans.

The Individual package is intended for one principal domain and its subdomains. Professional plans progressively increase disk capacity, RAM, CPU and process limits and allow multiple sites and stores, making the service particularly practical for designers or agencies maintaining several WordPress projects under one account.

Online Store functionality is integrated with the WordPress environment and uses WooCommerce. Stores can contain unlimited products within the technical limits of the hosting account, including physical goods, services and downloadable products. Site.com.br does not take a percentage of store sales. Payment and shipping integrations are available, while storefront layouts are responsive across desktop, tablet and smartphone devices.

Email Sob Demanda is separated from website-hosting resources. Customers purchase a pool of disk capacity and outgoing-message resources and can distribute them among an unlimited number of email accounts on the same domain. Storage and sending limits can be adjusted between mailboxes, internal messages between accounts on the same domain do not consume the external sending allocation, and the service includes tools for bulk account creation and message migration. Spam filtering, automatic replies and standard email-client access are also available.

Domain Registration covers Brazilian extensions such as .com.br and .net.br as well as international extensions including .com, .net and .co. Domains remain registered in the customer's name, while DNS can be configured directly for use with Site.com.br hosting services.

WordPress Gerenciado is primarily a WordPress content-maintenance service rather than a managed VPS product. Customers can submit text, image, video, blog-post or portfolio changes and have them implemented by the support team. Creation of entirely new layouts and custom functionality falls outside the standard maintenance service.

WP Security Pro adds continuous WordPress security monitoring and malware-remediation assistance. Infected installations can be cleaned by reinstalling WordPress core files, themes and plugins and removing malicious files, users or scheduled tasks associated with reinfection. Cleanup is normally handled within two business days after a support request or can begin automatically when a threat is detected.

BotStudio provides AI-powered website assistants using ChatGPT technology. It can be used with websites hosted by Site.com.br or with external hosting providers, supports multiple languages, permits several assistants and includes a management interface for reviewing conversations and improving each assistant's knowledge base. This adds an AI-oriented service to a portfolio otherwise focused mainly on websites, email and hosting.

Customers who do not want to build their own website can also purchase a site assembly service. A selected Sites Sob Demanda template is configured with customer-provided content and adapted with elements such as branding and colors. More extensive custom design work can be handled separately. Site.com.br and Sites.co (sites.co) operate under the same business group.

Older EasyPress and free-hosting information may still remain relevant to long-term customers, but Free plans are no longer available for new orders. The current focus is on paid Sites Sob Demanda plans and associated website, email and WordPress services.

The main website is modern and responsive, with the service primarily oriented toward the Brazilian market. The principal language is Portuguese, and products are priced in Brazilian reais (BRL). No complete multi-language/localized storefront exists, although BotStudio itself supports multiple languages.
