ATMUN Host keeps its prices in BRL, with most services available on short billing cycles rather than requiring a long prepaid contract. Brazil cPanel hosting starts at R$ 31.90 per month, WordPress hosting at R$ 24.90 per month, and DirectAdmin reseller hosting at R$ 59.90 per month.

SonicPanel live streaming begins at R$ 12.90 per month, while regular SonicPanel AutoDJ plans start at R$ 19.90 per month. VoxStream live service starts at R$ 18.90 per month, with regular VoxStream packages beginning at R$ 29.90. Streaming reseller services start at R$ 49.90 per month for SonicPanel and R$ 69.90 for VoxStream.

Hosting, reseller, streaming and backup services generally support monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual billing. The VPS platform is hosted in the United States with Leaseweb. The VPS network operates within Leaseweb USA infrastructure, including AS30633. Internal backups provide another layer of operational protection, although customers remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of their own important data. Internal server backups should therefore not replace a separate customer-controlled disaster-recovery strategy.

Technical support through the client-area ticket system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. WhatsApp assistance operates Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. A knowledge base with more than 100 tutorials covers DirectAdmin, cPanel, email, streaming, SSL, FTP Backup, VPS and common hosting tasks.

Website migration between compatible hosting platforms is available without an additional migration fee. cPanel and DirectAdmin transfers can use full account backups, allowing websites, databases and email accounts to move together. Migration requests are handled through the customer area.

Support depth depends on the product. WordPress hosting includes help with WordPress-specific hosting problems in addition to the underlying server environment. VPS customers receive basic infrastructure assistance but remain responsible for operating-system security, software installation and server administration unless advanced management is purchased. Reseller accounts add customer-account creation and reseller-level controls. Softaculous provides application installation, SitePad supplies a drag-and-drop website builder, and RoundCube is available for webmail.

Brazil-hosted shared hosting uses cPanel, which remains useful for customers already familiar with the traditional cPanel environment. Softaculous, website-building functions, database tools, file management and normal cPanel email controls are included.

Streaming customers use either SonicPanel or VoxStream. SonicPanel provides SHOUTcast/Icecast management and straightforward AutoDJ functions, while VoxStream adds more advanced scheduling, WebDJ, station automation, multimedia tools, statistics and reseller capabilities.
