Its business history dates to 1999, while the ServerPronto hosting brand became established around 2003. The company has operated under its current ownership structure since 2012 and has developed from a budget dedicated-server provider into a broader infrastructure company serving small businesses, developers, hosting resellers, software platforms, VoIP operators, and organizations requiring customized server environments.
