Standard Line is the general-purpose cloud server family for development environments, production workloads, websites, applications, web services and corporate systems. The listed starting price is 948.50 RUB per month with VAT included. It is the balanced option for projects that need a normal mix of compute, memory, storage and network resources without a specialized CPU, GPU or high-bandwidth profile. The exact amount of CPU, RAM and disk is selected during server creation, so the CSV resource columns are left empty where the page does not expose a fixed package size. This line is suitable when the priority is predictable cloud hosting for common business applications, internal services, scalable websites and test or production environments that may need to grow over time.

The cloud server service is designed for virtual machines with consumption-based billing and deployment readiness in less than one minute. Resources can be scaled when the load changes, and a server configuration can be changed in about 2-3 minutes. Available operating system images include Ubuntu, Debian, Windows, Fedora CoreOS, CentOS, SelectOS, Astra Linux, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora and Oracle; a custom image can also be uploaded if the standard images are not suitable. Servers use modern Intel and AMD processors with productive RAM. The network package includes 3 TB of outgoing traffic per month at no additional charge, L3/L4 DDoS protection included in the service, private and public networking, and channel throughput from 3 Gbit/s in most pools with the possibility to increase capacity up to 10 Gbit/s by request. Management is available through the Selectel control panel, API and Terraform. Storage options include local disks with latency up to 1 ms, network HDD, network SSD, snapshots and scheduled backups. Network disks are built for stable operation regardless of volume and use triple replication, while the backup service can protect disk data separately from the server. The platform is placed in Tier III data centers in Russia and is positioned for projects that need compliance with Russian data-protection requirements, PCI DSS and ISO security standards. Billing is hourly even though the public price is presented per month; if a server is stopped or suspended, vCPU, RAM, disks, GPU resources, public IP addresses and public subnets continue to be charged, while the Freeze function can stop charging for vCPU, RAM and GPU.
