SEFlow is an Italian infrastructure, cloud, dedicated-server and DDoS-protection provider operating since 2004. The business has roots in SeFlow Snc di Marco Bramè & C. and currently operates as SeFlow S.r.l., headquartered in Ponte San Pietro, Bergamo. SEFlow is part of the Aruba Group, with network integration taking place during 2023, while continuing to operate as a separate infrastructure-oriented hosting brand.

Its services are mainly suited to system administrators, developers, SaaS operators, hosting companies, gaming platforms and businesses needing dedicated computing resources or stronger DDoS protection. The current portfolio centers on dedicated servers, VPS, VDS, OpenStack cloud servers, object storage, managed databases, domains, SSL certificates and several security services.

QuickStart Dedicated Servers provide bare-metal systems based on DELL, Lenovo and Supermicro hardware. Customers receive root or Administrator access, remote console functionality, operating-system reinstallations, custom ISO support, rescue mode and access to the TotalControl management platform. Traffic is unmetered and the normal network interface is 1 Gbps. These servers are provisioned in Arezzo and start from approximately €19.99 per month plus VAT. Standard QuickStart configurations have no setup charge and use monthly billing.

VDS is positioned between conventional VPS hosting and a physical dedicated server. CPU and RAM resources are reserved for each customer while virtualization retains advantages such as templates, remote console management and faster deployment. Entry configurations include four dedicated vCores, 8 GB ECC RAM, 70 GB SSD storage and a 1 Gbps connection from approximately €9.99 per month plus VAT. Linux and Windows environments are available, together with the possibility of installing custom ISO images.

The MyCore VPS range uses shared CPU resources and is aimed at lighter workloads. Entry pricing starts around €3.99 per month for 2 shared cores, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB storage and 500 Mbps network connectivity. These virtual servers include TotalControl, Linux and Windows templates, root or Administrator access and optional incremental backups.

A newer Global Cloud VPS platform offers more flexible VPS configurations based on NVMe storage. Entry packages start at approximately €1.89 per month plus VAT for 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 20 GB NVMe storage and 2 TB monthly transfer through a 1 Gbps interface. Larger configurations reach 16 vCPU, 32 GB RAM and 320 GB NVMe. Resources can be upgraded later, snapshots are available, and Plesk or DirectAdmin can be installed when customers require a traditional web-hosting administration interface.

Cloud Server instances are based on OpenStack and are intended for workloads requiring guaranteed resources, high availability and more advanced networking. They include dedicated resources, NVMe-based storage, private VLAN functionality, floating IP addresses, DDoS protection and connectivity reaching up to 10 Gbps. General-purpose configurations start around €12.54 per month plus VAT, with hourly, monthly and annual billing options.

The broader Global Cloud environment supports private networks, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, stateful firewalls, load balancing, SSD block storage up to 10 TB, snapshots, scheduled backups and floating IPs. Automatic backups can retain several versions, while images and additional storage can be used to build more complex private or hybrid cloud environments.

Object Storage provides S3-compatible storage for backups, archives, application data, media repositories, disaster recovery and large data collections. Data is replicated across multiple nodes and regions, encryption is available both at rest and in transit, and compatibility with standard S3 software and SDKs makes integration straightforward. Usage-based storage is metered in 10 GB increments, while fixed packages start from 4 TB. A 4 TB package with 40 TB outbound traffic costs approximately €60 per month plus VAT.

SEFlow also provides managed Database as a Service infrastructure for MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. The platform incorporates managed updates, backups, monitoring, encryption, isolation, replication and failover functionality. MySQL general-purpose instances start around €10.40 per month plus VAT, while Microsoft SQL Server configurations have higher costs because of resource and licensing requirements.

Cloud Monitoring offers automated checks from multiple locations, together with e-mail, SMS or webhook notifications, centralized dashboards and historical availability information. Entry plans begin at approximately €2.99 per month for five checks, with higher tiers increasing monitoring capacity and check frequency.

Security is one of SEFlow's principal strengths. Protected Servers and VDS-PS combine dedicated computing resources with continuous Layer 3, Layer 4 and Layer 7 attack mitigation. VDS-PS packages start around €28.99 per month, while protected physical servers begin at approximately €54.99 per month plus VAT depending on hardware availability.

The wider DDoS infrastructure has multi-terabit mitigation capacity. Standard protected services include protection up to 100 Gbit/s, with expansion to 500 Gbit/s available on higher protection tiers. Customers expecting unusually large attacks should match the protection profile to the selected service and location rather than relying only on the network-wide mitigation figure.

Nemesis provides application-level protection for websites through a Web Application Firewall, Layer 7 filtering, rate limiting, browser challenges, caching and CDN functionality. It is included with protected VDS and dedicated-server services and can be managed from the customer area after activation.

Domain registration covers Italian, European and international extensions. Registration, renewal and transfer pricing varies according to the TLD. SSL certificates are available through DigiCert, including DV, Wildcard DV, OV and EV products. Entry DV certificates start around €6.99, Wildcard DV around €59.99, Business Trust OV around €49.99 and EV certificates around €99.99.

SEFlow and Global Cloud services are available in Italian and English, making the platform practical for both domestic and international customers. Prices are denominated in EUR and are generally displayed before Italian VAT.
