Custom Size / 11U / 22U / 48U Colocation combines the flexible custom-size server option with quarter-rack, half-rack and full-rack colocation alternatives under one scalable plan family. Pricing is available by request because the final offer depends on the amount of cabinet space, power density, cross-connect requirements, IP transit capacity and any special equipment needs. The custom-size option is suitable for non-standard equipment that does not fit fixed 1U or 2U profiles, while the 11U rack option is designed for compact deployments with up to 3 kW power usage, the 22U rack option is suitable for medium deployments with up to 6 kW power usage, and the 48U rack option provides a full rack with up to 12 kW power usage. Rack footprint is 1070x600 mm for the rack colocation options, with A+B power feeds, individual electricity metering and precision cooling around 22.0 C plus or minus 2 C with 45-50 percent relative humidity. Connectivity includes shared Premium IP transit, with 250 Mbps included on 11U and 22U rack colocation and 500 Mbps included on 48U rack colocation. Server colocation style custom deployments include 1 Gbps shared Premium IP transit where applicable. One IPv4 address is included, IPv6 addressing is available up to a /64 subnet, and DDoS protection is included. Management access includes free IPMI and OOB access, private VLAN options and an in-house white label client panel for secure management-port access, customer-facing or reseller use, traffic visibility and server information. Initial installation, cabling and configuration are included with no setup fee. Remote Hands and Eyes support includes 30 minutes free of charge and can be used for hardware checks, diagnostics, upgrade assistance or troubleshooting. The data center keeps spare components for common equipment, which helps reduce downtime during maintenance or hardware replacement. Optional BGP session with AS44901 costs 25 EUR per month. Optional cross-connect to another member costs 15 EUR per month for smaller rack/custom deployments, while one cross-connect is included free of charge with the 48U rack option.
