*📜 Plan description

1U Server Colocation is a monthly service for one standard 1U server in an S3C cabinet. It includes cabinet space, reserved 0.5 Amp power at 230V, precision cooling around 22.0 C and 50 percent humidity, 1 Gbps shared Premium IP transit, free DDoS protection, one IPv4 address and IPv6 addressing up to a /64 subnet. The service is designed so the server can be sent by courier and installed without a customer visit, with cabling, initial installation and configuration included at no setup cost. Access and operations are supported through free IPMI and OOB management, private VLAN between customer equipment and an in-house white label client panel for secure management-port access, network usage visibility and server details. Remote Hands and Eyes support includes 30 minutes free of charge for hardware checks, upgrade assistance or troubleshooting, and common spare parts are available in the data center warehouse. Optional BGP session with AS44901 costs 25 EUR per month, optional cross-connect to another member costs 15 EUR per month, annual prepayment receives a 10 percent discount, a one month free test period is available once per customer, and additional colocated servers may qualify for volume discounts.

S3C operates a carrier-neutral data center in Sofia, Bulgaria, built according to the TIER III standard for resilient colocation. The facility has 24/7 qualified technical support and monitoring, PCI DSS, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification, engineering capacity for server diagnostics and repairs, an on-site warehouse with spare parts, preferential server component pricing and interconnection options with other customers and operators. The colocation rooms use high quality 48U cabinets with 90 percent perforated doors, a 50 cm raised floor with load capacity up to 1200 kg per m2, Zero-U PDU power strips, cable management and options for private cells or dedicated colocation halls. Power is built around two independent substations, 2 x 1000 kVA transformers, a 1000 kVA redundant diesel generator in N+1 configuration, modular redundant 230/400V UPS systems, separate A+B electrical panels and smart power monitoring. Cooling is based on high efficiency precision air conditioning in N+1 configuration, hot and cold areas, free cooling, indirect adiabatic cooling and continuous temperature and humidity monitoring, with capacity up to 12 kW per cabinet. Connectivity benefits from three independent cable routes, triple reserved cable approaches to the building, local telecom operator presence, wireless connection capability and an owned DWDM ring to other Sofia data centers. Physical security includes colocation hall video surveillance, NFC access control, 24/7 perimeter security, fire alarm systems with smoke and fire sensors, authorized customer access at all hours and individual cabinet locks. The SLA is 99.99 percent, and the location includes freight entrance, customer parking and proximity to Sofia airport.

📄 Editorial Review

S3 Company / S3 Data Center is a Bulgarian infrastructure provider based in Sofia, with a business profile centered on data center services, colocation, IP connectivity, DDoS protection and managed infrastructure support. Their infrastructure background goes back to 2010, when the company worked with physical and virtual servers hosted across different European data centers. In 2018, they built their first own data center in Bulgaria, which became the foundation for a stronger local and regional infrastructure business.

S3 Company is not a classic low-cost shared hosting provider. They are better understood as a colocation and network infrastructure company, suitable for businesses, telecom operators, ISPs, streaming providers, cloud platforms, hosting companies, enterprises and resellers that need physical hosting space, professional connectivity and technical assistance in Bulgaria.

Their service range includes Server Colocation, Rack Colocation, Satellite Dish Colocation, IP Transit, Carrier Connect, Remote IX, Cross-Connect Services, DDoS Protection, LIR Services, ASN registration, IP address leasing, hardware support, and data center transfer.

The core hosting-related service is server colocation, available for 1U, 2U, and custom deployments. These services include rack space, reserved power, precision cooling, internet connectivity, DDoS protection, IP addresses, a free IPMI / OOB management port, private VLAN between customer equipment, optional BGP session with AS44901, remote hands, free initial installation and access to a spare-parts warehouse inside the data center.

For larger infrastructure needs, rack colocation is available as 48U full rack, 22U half rack, and 11U quarter rack. These options include individual power metering, shared Premium IP Transit, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, optional BGP session, a white-label management panel, 24/7 data center access, remote hands and eyes, and connectivity options to another data center in Sofia.

A distinctive part of their portfolio is satellite dish colocation, suitable for IPTV providers, content distribution networks, OTT TV platforms, video-on-demand providers, digital service companies and video backhaul projects. This service includes an antenna field, anti-icing system, proactive signal monitoring, coaxial or optical LNB options, satellite equipment space and 24/7 remote hands on site.

Their connectivity portfolio is one of the strongest parts of the company. Global IP Transit includes guaranteed capacity, no overselling, Nx100 Gbps global capacity, redundant MPLS mesh networking, IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack support, BGP communities, RPKI-based origin validation, jumbo frames, link aggregation options and carrier-grade SLA positioning. Carrier Connect gives customers access to Tier 1 carriers, ISPs, local networks, L2 transport providers, dark fiber and direct provider connectivity. Remote IX allows connection to Internet Exchanges across Europe, including DE-CIX, AMS-IX, LINX, BIX.BG, GR-IX / gr-ix.gr, InterLAN-IX / interlan.ro, Equinix IX, VarnaIX / varnaix.net and others.

Their managed services are practical and infrastructure-oriented. LIR Services cover IPv4/IPv6 rental or purchase, autonomous system registration, RIPE Database resource management, RPKI setup, rDNS, IP reputation monitoring and resource sponsorship. Data Center Transfer helps companies migrate servers, switches and routers from another European facility to S3 Data Center. Hardware Support and Equipment includes diagnostics, component replacement, equipment rental or purchase, lease-to-own options, buy-back, server/network component supply and 24/7 technical help.

The website is available in English and Bulgarian, while pricing is listed in EUR and BGN. This makes S3 Company practical for both Bulgarian customers and international infrastructure buyers looking for a Sofia-based presence.
