Payments can be funded via debit/credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer; unused portions of account deposits may be refunded subject to the stated withdrawal process. Support is available 24x7 via chat/helpdesk for operational questions.

📄 Editorial Review
ResellerClub is a reseller-focused hosting and domain platform that traces its history back to 1998, originally part of the Directi group and now under the Newfold Digital umbrella. Over the years it has evolved into a global backend provider for web professionals, with around 200,000 active resellers, millions of domains under management and customers in 150+ countries. The entire environment is built for designers, developers, agencies and small hosting companies that want to sell web services under their own brand without operating their own data centers. The product catalog is broad. On the hosting side, ResellerClub offers Linux and Windows shared hosting, reseller hosting, cloud hosting, VPS servers and dedicated servers, usually in several tiers per product line. On top of that come application-focused offerings such as WordPress and Magento hosting, email services (Business Email, Enterprise Email, Google Workspace, Titan Email), security and backup solutions (Sectigo SSL, SiteLock, CodeGuard), and a website builder for simple projects. For domain sellers there is a full domain reseller program with its own pricing structure, promotions, storefront tools and APIs.
Shared hosting functions as the main entry-level service. Linux hosting plans include unmetered SSD storage and bandwidth on many tiers, free SSL, cPanel access, email accounts and one-click installers (Softaculous) for hundreds of scripts. Windows hosting uses Plesk, supports ASP.NET and MSSQL and targets .NET-based workloads. Across these lines ResellerClub pushes a 99.99% uptime commitment, DDoS protection (via Neustar), Cloudflare CDN integration and a generally performance-oriented configuration. For typical brochure sites, blogs and small business projects, the shared hosting offering is more than adequate, though it clearly assumes users are comfortable with standard hosting panels and tools.
Where ResellerClub really leans in is reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, since that is where its partners build their own hosting businesses. Reseller packages, offered on both Linux and Windows, run on cPanel/WHM or Plesk and allow resellers to create their own hosting plans, allocate resources, brand the experience and run white-label nameservers. VPS servers use KVM virtualization with SSD storage, root access and optional managed layers for customers who want help with system administration. Dedicated servers sit at the top with single-tenant hardware, configurable specs and managed dedicated variants where ResellerClub takes care of monitoring, security updates and many operational tasks.
The differentiator is the ecosystem designed for resellers. The platform is built around the OrderBox control system, white-label storefronts (SuperSite), a full API, and integration with billing software like WHMCS. Combined with localized programs in multiple regions (India, Brazil, China, Turkey, Russia, Indonesia, Spain, UK, US and others), ResellerClub behaves more like an infrastructure backbone for small and mid-sized hosts than a simple retail brand. For anyone looking to launch or expand a hosting business, it is essentially a ready-made toolkit.
The service is a mature, wholesale-style platform: lots of product choice, strong automation and a global footprint, coupled with the more formal policies and processes that come with being part of a large corporate group.
Based on WHTop’s product monitoring and historical snapshots, ResellerClub’s shared hosting lineup—across both Linux and Windows variants—has preserved the same plan names and baseline pricing since December 2019. This degree of long-term uniformity is commonly interpreted as an indicator of limited product iteration, and it can be viewed as an unfavorable signal with respect to the adoption of newer platform capabilities, security enhancements, and performance-oriented technologies.
A similar pattern is visible in the cloud hosting segment and Linux Managed (MS1-4 plans). The portfolio remains organized around three core plans that have retained consistent naming and feature definitions over time, with only a modest upward adjustment in price. While such stability can reduce customer-facing complexity, the absence of substantive plan evolution may also imply a comparatively static roadmap.
The reseller hosting catalog likewise appears unchanged in structure, remaining at eight plans in total—four Windows and four Linux. The pricing behavior is asymmetric: Windows reseller prices appear to have remained essentially identical, whereas Linux reseller pricing trends higher. Overall, these observations suggest a product strategy emphasizing continuity and minimal change, rather than frequent modernization or proactive differentiation through new technologies.

😠 Arbitrary bans, do not reply to communications - please stay away
We are a database project that documents political prisoners in China's Xinjiang region, and have been using Reseller Club's domain for over 6 years. Recently, they received a bad-faith anonymous complaint - likely originating with the Chinese government - that accused us of violating the rights of the political prisoners by posting identifying information about them without their consent (consent is impossible, since they are in prison and Xinjiang is a police state).
Reseller Club treated the complaint at face value, did not engage in any dialogue with us or ask us for anything, and then simply pulled the plug on our site (a product of over 50000 people hours, used/linked by multiple organizations and governments around the world). Even after suspending the domain, they have not replied to any e-mails or correspondence (dozens of people have also written to them to complain), and do not have a phone number that picks up, with an automated message telling the caller to use their site. They are not releasing the domain for transfer elsewhere either, and our site remains down.
Their behavior is unprofessional and incompetent in the best case, and shady and criminal in the worst.

😠 Worst technical support for any IT company I have dealt with. I have been waiting for more than 2 months for them to fix a simple bug in their system. They confirmed the bug several times but the only reply we receive is they already transferred the support ticket to the technical team but do not have any time frame to solve the problem...
So my recommendation for people thinking about using this company to resell domains: DO NOT USE THEM. Better pay a little more and get a partner who can actually FIX THINGS when there system fails.
