Resell.biz is a long-established domain and hosting reseller platform built primarily for businesses that want to sell Internet services under their own brand. The current operation took shape in 2007, when UK2 Group acquired the domain reseller business of U.S. hosting company Stargate and integrated it as Resell.biz. UK2 itself has a substantially longer history, dating to 1998, when Danish entrepreneur Bo Bendtsen launched UK2.Net.

The corporate structure changed again on February 2, 2026, when UK2 Group became part of Your.Online. The transaction included Resell.biz together with UK2, Midphase and WestHost. Resell.biz continues as an individual brand while gaining the backing of a much larger international hosting organization.

Domains remain at the center of the platform. Resellers can register, renew and transfer domain names, configure their own retail pricing, organize customers into pricing levels and provide services to downstream sub-resellers. Domain locking, suspension, bulk management and DNS-related functions are integrated into the same reseller environment.

The product portfolio extends beyond domain registration and includes Single Domain Linux Hosting, Multi Domain Linux Hosting, Reseller Linux Hosting, Dedicated Server Linux, email hosting, Enterprise Email, Enterprise Email Lite, website builder products and SiteLock security services. Single-domain Linux hosting uses cPanel, making the service familiar to customers accustomed to standard Linux shared hosting administration.

One of the strongest parts of Resell.biz is its white-label reseller infrastructure. Resellers receive separate customer and sub-reseller control panels and can operate a ready-made retail SuperSite and wholesale PartnerSite under their own branding. Company logos, contact details, headers, footers, domain names and product pricing can all be adapted to the reseller's own business.

The platform also supports separate staff accounts for areas such as sales, billing and technical administration. This makes it practical for established hosting businesses where several employees need controlled access without sharing a single administrative account.

More advanced companies can automate provisioning through the HTTP API. Domain registrations, renewals and other product-management functions can be incorporated directly into an existing website, billing application or proprietary customer portal.
