😞 Dissappointing
From seeing the many great reviews I was extremely disappointed to place an order and then be charged MORE after placing the order. They blamed the issue on a price increase from Cpanel....ok but the price increase was 3 months ago, so in 3 months time they haven't bothered to update their website pricing? I will give them that they were quick to refund...but sorry if they can't give accurate pricing up front without changing the price TWICE after ordering, that just doesn't give a great first impression....what else will be wrong?
