The platform works well for hobby broadcasters, schools, religious organizations, established Internet stations and commercial broadcasters that need managed streaming infrastructure without maintaining the full server stack themselves. The main Live Internet Radio Hosting range starts with Live Basic at $3.99/month, supporting up to 64 kbps and 100 listeners. Live Plus increases this to 96 kbps and 200 listeners for $5.99/month, while Live Premium costs $9.99/month with up to 128 kbps and an unlimited-listener allocation. Live Ultimate reaches 320 kbps for $16.99/month. Unlimited-listener plans are subject to a practical limit of 1,000 simultaneous connections, with larger deployments available separately. The plans include SHOUTcast v1/v2 and Icecast2, SSL streaming, Anti-DDoS protection, unmetered bandwidth under fair-use conditions, AutoDJ storage, custom station pages, HTML5 web players, managed operation and 24/7 support.

The separate AutoDJ Hosting service is designed for stations that want continuous broadcasting without keeping a local computer online. AutoDJ Start includes 20 GB of music storage and 128 kbps audio for $22.99/month, AutoDJ Plus provides 50 GB and 192 kbps for $37.99/month, while AutoDJ Pro reaches 100 GB and 320 kbps for $64.99/month. These plans include unlimited listeners under the 1,000-connection ceiling, unmetered transfer under fair-use conditions, Anti-DDoS protection, station analytics, managed service and the AutoDJ Studio Console.

The AutoDJ environment is one of the stronger parts of the platform. Broadcasters can upload and maintain a cloud music library, create scheduled playlists, control track weighting, handle listener requests, inspect playback history and move between automated programming and manually managed live queues. This provides enough flexibility for stations that need both unattended broadcasting and more hands-on programming.

RCAST uses its own RCAST Control Panel, developed specifically around Internet-radio operation rather than adapting a generic web-hosting panel. It covers stream management, AutoDJ, media libraries, artwork and metadata, smart playlists, weekly scheduling, live queue management, listener requests, statistics and listener maps. The interface is responsive and can be used from desktop systems, tablets and mobile devices.

The platform also includes a broad collection of HTML5 radio players and widgets. The Internet Radio Directory extends the radio ecosystem with free and premium station listings. Premium placement costs $5 and adds priority options, removal of RCAST branding, custom station colors and installation or support assistance. The directory integrates naturally with the company's players, SSL proxies and hosted streaming infrastructure.

RCAST also develops Android radio applications. Mobile-app development can be included with its streaming service, while broadcasters using another streaming provider can order an application separately for a $25 one-time fee. Available systems still include Intel Atom N2800, Xeon W3520, E3-1225v2, E3-1245v2, E5-1620 and E5-1650 processors, with 4 GB to 64 GB RAM and SATA or SSD configurations. Pricing runs from approximately $70 to $154/month, with 250 Mbps connectivity, unlimited traffic, one IPv4 address, software RAID and Anti-DDoS protection. The processor generations are old by current dedicated-server standards, so performance-per-dollar is less attractive here than in the streaming products.

Dedicated customers can add specialist streaming and administration software including Centova Cast (centova.com), Wowza (wowza.com), ISPmanager (ispsystem.com), DirectAdmin (directadmin.com) and cPanel. Software installation and setup costs $50 and normally requires around 12–24 hours. Dedicated hardware generally takes one to two business days to provision. Month-to-month dedicated servers carry a $49 one-time setup fee, while this charge is removed with a 12-month commitment.

RCAST also has conventional Web Hosting, Private Cloud, database hosting, web design and custom business application services, although these remain secondary to the radio platform. The strongest identity of the company is clearly in streaming, AutoDJ and related broadcasting tools rather than ordinary general-purpose hosting.
