😠 Do not waste your time and money with this company. Trouble tickets appear to be checked only once or twice a day and response is very slow, and their general support is very very poor. When they update any part of their platform they never ever provide info on what was updated so the customer will know how it may affect service.

😞 Not having the best of luck with this company. Shoutcast servers will not go into relay mode and cluster nor do they communicate with the YP. Tech support tells me that Shoutcast...get this..doesn't allow RELAYS... even though I have eight other servers in relay mode that work just fine. If I stream direct to server it works fine. Almost impossible to use the service I paid for because it does not appear the people running this SHOUTCAST hosting company knows how Shoutcast works and are running three versions behind needing update. Trouble tickets appear to be checked only once or twice a day and response is very slow. Sure looking like my first month with them will be my last month unless they learn how Shoutcast works and deals with this.
