The business has the character of a founder-operated company rather than a large multinational host: LinkedIn lists a self-employed structure and one visible employee, while Crunchbase places the organization in the 1–10 employee range. That small scale can support direct contact and aggressive pricing, but it also makes written service boundaries particularly important.

The catalog addresses individuals, bloggers, small companies, developers, agencies, and aspiring hosting resellers. Shared Hosting is the simplest route. Starter, Premium, and Business tiers allow one, two, or unlimited websites respectively and combine NVMe storage, unmetered transfer, email accounts, databases, subdomains, SSL, and one-click WordPress. Business adds SSH/terminal access. The word "unlimited" has practical boundaries: stated inode ceilings are 250,000 for Starter, 270,000 for Premium, and 300,000 for Business, while CPU-intensive programs and several high-load use cases can breach the resource policy.
