Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSPINC) is a long-established U.S. software development and hosting company founded in 1987 by Kenichi Uchikura in the Seattle area. The company entered the hosting business in 1996 with Dreamersi, its internally developed web and email hosting platform, and expanded its infrastructure with a dedicated data center operation in August 2000.

PSPINC has grown into a broader technology company serving more than 40,000 businesses worldwide, with especially strong connections between the United States and Japan. English and Japanese versions are available, matching the company's long history of bilingual software development, localization, hosting, and business technology services.

The main hosting platform is Dreamersi, which combines domain registration, business email, shared web hosting, combined web and email hosting, website management, backups, SSL certificates, webmail, and additional in-house tools. Web hosting accounts can use WordPress, while PSPINC's own WebdeXpress website builder and InforMakers form-building system provide alternatives for customers who prefer integrated tools.

Dreamersi Email Hosting starts at $99/year, Web Hosting at $148/year, and combined Web & Email Hosting at $299/year. Depending on the package, customers receive 10GB or 20GB of storage, unlimited email accounts with email-enabled packages, browser-based webmail, backups, Domain Validation SSL, and an eligible domain registration. Included domain extensions cover .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .us, .top, and .online.

For businesses requiring greater isolation and resources, PSPINC also provides Dreamersi VPS packages while retaining managed hosting administration. Email Hosting VPS starts at $599/year, Web Hosting VPS at $348/year, and combined Web & Email Hosting VPS at $999/year. These plans add a dedicated IP address, isolated resources, increased storage, backups, SSL, and the familiar Dreamersi management environment without requiring customers to maintain a conventional server themselves.

Parcom includes unlimited bandwidth, WordPress installation, domain registration or transfer, email, SQL databases, FTP access, and daily malware scanning. Neo is included with an eligible domain purchase or transfer and provides 50MB of storage, Neo Plus costs $67.20/year with 1GB, and Neo Deluxe costs $87/year with 10GB and unlimited email accounts.

E-commerce hosting is available through the YourHost and ShopSite platform. PSPINC acquired YourHost in July 2018, representing its seventh acquisition in 13 years. ShopSite combines hosting, SSL, and online shopping-cart functionality, ranging from smaller Starter stores through Manager and Pro packages supporting larger catalogs and additional e-commerce features.
