My experience with them has been frustrating and unprofessional, with unresolved technical issues, unresponsive support, and unethical behavior including blocking communication and denying refunds. My website was down for over a week due to their server issues, and instead of providing solutions, they threatened to terminate my account. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable hosting provider.

😠 very very very poor service. always they need to open a ticket & send us automated reply's which is not relative to the issues. wasting time.
timebeen they suspend the site saying spam but no any support from their end. operator call anne is very useless women. then we hosted our site in some other international hosting provider. now its working without any issue. don't waste your time and money. very very ridicules .provider cant provide any services.

😠 Worst Customer Service.
The Agent AnnF might be a Lawyer or something close to that.
Once the account was suspended for late payment. after i have paid the total due with penalty of 200rs extra, they demanded 1 more months payment stating you have to be paid month upfront.
did this to me twice.
After which second time, they have also deleted all my websites and they did not have any backup in order to restore my sites.
I had perfectly functioning, but not monetized Dropshipping site that was almost complete to go fully online.
they just took it down.
currently there is a website of my friends who i told many times not to go with them, keeps getting emails from Jetpack (Wordpress) atleast twice every week site to be offline.....
Poor Poor service.
That's why they are so cheap.
