🗨 Hello, we are sorry for the bad experience you had in 2017 due to a billing issue and a minor server outage caused by an upstream issue, I can see that you only had services from 2015 - 2017 and I'm not sure for this review in 2020. We are no longer with the existing data center providers and we have done a lot of upgrades after 2017. 😁 wWrking with lkwebhosting for more than two years and that's the best sri lankan web hosting company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend this company.
First I should mention about their prices, their packages are very cheap compared to other providers. But I have never experienced any issue except the recent network outage for 30 minutes.
Server uptime is also great and my websites are loading faster the network is optimized to Asia. Currently they are also providing DDoS protection and it is one of the great advantage.

😠 Very poor service, They only care about the money not the value of a customer. Don't choose them because of their cheep hosting packages. It's a waste of your money. And their customer care is the worst.
