😠 Worst customer care in the planet!
Hello creators! and entrepreneur!
I am a current customer of them, just read this before you even think before buying.
Normally in sri lanka customer care units are bad and unprofession. but these guys more than worse I don't know how to explain how bad these guys ticket inquires and how unprofessional when they replying. does not give a sh*t about customers they just send warning/threatening to ban our website and accounts, if we asked something they don't like or if we made a complain about their customer service officers.
Funny thing is they not provide telephone function to address their management! I dont know what kind of customer serivce who does not provide such a simple telephone function? if you need to contact them through telephone then you have to pay double price than your hosting package price! Thats also for just 1 call, if need to call again then you have to pay again!
I never seen such a horrible customer service unit in my life.
