No formal acquisition, merger or migration notice was found, but the practical shutdown appears to belong to 2023. By June 27, 2023, customers were already reporting unavailable VPS services, inaccessible cPanel access and a non-working website. The domain may still exist as a registration record, but the hosting operation itself should be treated as closed.

😠 It seems they ceased operations. A month ago my VPS stopped working, their support page was still active but they didn't reply to tickets. Now the site is completely down, lucklily I didn't receive my monthly invoice either, but they vanished leaving all customers offline.

😠 All my vps stopped working. I have like 15vps here. but no one gives a shit about my issue. I even paid a year for some of my vps. Dont use this vps

😠 My service got cancelled due to non payment which I did pay after a couple of days. Still can't use my VPS, its my 2nd week and still inactive. I already even sent a report to their support team but instead of replying to my messages they just merged all of my messages into one. (I sent them multiple messages in different department because no one is replying)
