Oryon Networks is a Singapore-based business hosting, cloud, email, and cybersecurity provider operating since 1998. The present legal entity, Oryon Networks Pte. Ltd., was incorporated in Singapore on April 3, 2008, under UEN 200806526H. Ryan Chua serves as Managing Director, Venkatesan as Executive Director, and Dhanasekar as Technical Manager. The organization has an estimated workforce of 11–50 employees.

The company concentrates on managed technology services for Singapore SMEs, multinational businesses, educational institutions, financial organizations, government bodies, and other customers that require direct technical assistance. Its Cyber Essentials certification through Singapore’s Cyber Security Agency adds credibility for companies with formal security and compliance requirements.

Additional limits apply to cron jobs, database queries, concurrent web connections, mailing lists, POP access, and SMTP activity. Each email account can send up to 350 messages per hour. These restrictions are suitable for normal company websites and mailboxes but less appropriate for bulk email, heavily customized applications, or high-traffic database workloads.

Managed WordPress Hosting combines optimized WordPress infrastructure with Cloudflare Enterprise. It includes global edge caching, web application firewall rules, DDoS mitigation, WebP image optimization, Brotli compression, malware scanning, automatic updates, activity logging, WP-CLI, database administration, selectable PHP versions, and SSH access.

The entry-level Power Basic package supports one WordPress installation and is not designed for ecommerce. Enterprise Custom supports as many as ten WordPress websites and includes 8 CPU cores, 16 GB of memory, 240 GB of SSD storage, unmetered traffic, managed updates every two weeks, and 30 backup runs per day.

Managed cloud services cover infrastructure deployment, ongoing server tuning, monitoring, security reviews, troubleshooting, and 24/7 administration. Supported cloud environments include Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, Microsoft Azure, Huawei Cloud (huaweicloud.com), and Alibaba Cloud. Cloud configurations are quoted individually according to computing resources, platform, security, and management requirements.

The current portfolio does not include a fixed-price range of unmanaged VPS, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, colocation, or standard Windows hosting. Customers requiring greater isolation, custom server resources, ecommerce capacity, or administrator-level control are directed toward managed cloud services. This approach favors companies that want Oryon to handle operations but is less suitable for experienced administrators looking for a low-cost unmanaged server.

Domain services cover common generic extensions, Singapore domains, and numerous Asian country-code extensions. Eligible generic domains include complimentary WHOIS privacy. DNS records such as A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME, CAA, and SRV can be managed through cPanel.

Local proxy services are available for extensions that require a qualified local presence. Domain registrations remain subject to the applicable registry, registrar, ICANN, and SGNIC policies. Singapore domain applications also require the relevant local eligibility and identity-verification procedures.

Business email is a major part of the service range. Customers can choose Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or ProMail by Rackspace. Microsoft 365 packages include licensing support, onboarding, email migration, and remote desktop troubleshooting.

Google Workspace plans include account setup and migration assistance. Free Google mail migration is limited to the first 30 accounts, and established Google Workspace subscriptions cannot normally be transferred into Oryon’s billing system.

ProMail provides a simpler hosted email alternative with 25 GB per user, spam and virus protection, Outlook and mobile compatibility, migration assistance, and a 100% uptime guarantee. It requires at least three users and can support both small teams and large organizations.

The cybersecurity portfolio includes OryonSentinel Email Security, Acronis EDR and XDR, backup and disaster recovery, Sophos Managed Detection and Response, remote monitoring and management, and USecure security-awareness training.

OryonSentinel examines incoming and outgoing email for phishing, malware, impersonation, suspicious links, unusual metadata, and writing patterns associated with fraud. Incoming-only and combined incoming-and-outgoing protection are available.

Acronis services combine endpoint detection, ransomware rollback, exploit prevention, vulnerability assessment, device isolation, incident visualization, backup, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 protection, and remote management. Sophos MDR adds continuous expert monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, health checks, and integration with third-party security products. MDR Plus includes root-cause analysis, a dedicated incident-response lead, and breach-protection coverage.

Security-awareness services provide interactive staff training, customized learning paths, automated phishing simulations, spear-phishing exercises, policy management, electronic acknowledgements, employee risk scoring, and audit-ready reporting.

Managed SSL options include single-domain domain-validated certificates, wildcard certificates, and organization-validated certificates suitable for systems involving Singpass, CorpPass, MyInfo, and other Singapore digital services.

The company also provides website design and search-lead generation. Website packages include template-based or custom designs, mobile optimization, performance tuning, analytics configuration, an initial domain and hosting package, and limited post-launch maintenance. Search-lead generation combines keyword research, an optimized company article, business information, and conversion-focused calls to action.
