OneProvider is a Canadian hosting company (founded in 2005 by CEO Charles-R. Paquet and currently a BrainStorm Network Inc. company) focused on global coverage and operational simplicity. They consolidate services from 80+ upstream providers across 100+ datacenters into a single experience—one support team, one panel, one bill. The catalog targets infrastructure buyers and resellers: Cloud Servers (OneCloud), Dedicated Servers, and Colocation. They do not offer shared hosting.

Cloud Servers (OneCloud). KVM-based virtualization with SSD/NVMe storage and 1 Gbps ports, offered in General Purpose, High Performance, and Storage variants. OS options include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS/AlmaLinux/Rocky, Fedora, SUSE, and Scientific Linux. Features emphasize rapid deployment, hourly billing, IPv6, images/snapshots, location switching, and remote operations from OnePanel (reboot, reinstall, VNC, SSH keys, boot order, usage graphs).

Dedicated Servers. Available on HDD or SSD/NVMe with options by region and by capability (e.g., unmetered, 1/10 Gbps, IPv6). Typical perks include IPMI access, DDoS protection, and backups where available. Add-ons like extra IPs, hardware RAID, BGP sessions, hardware firewalls, private networking, SAN, GPU, and geolocated IPs vary by location. 😠 Would not trust them for anything.
They Accidentally Deleted Server - Everything Lost and No Recovery

We rented a Dedicated Server from OneProvider in one of their Silver tier Datacenters (+1 year client); in late December our Server went down without any reason provided. For over a week, our tickets and requests for remediation went unanswered.

8 Days after the initial event, we finally got a response that they were investigating. Over the following week (2nd week of downtime), we got the same "We're looking into it" reply, before finally at the end of week 2, where told that: " following an internal issue on the data center side, the server has been terminated"; no backups are available and they are not able/willing to provide a replacement server.

This is not the first issue we have experienced with OneProvider, with multiple unannounced long term / multi-day outages of this Dedicated server.

We lost hundreds of hours of work and proprietary information. Would not recommend OneProvider for any use case, short or long term, regardless of data importance.
