The company dates back to 2006 and has built a substantial international customer base, with more than 18,000 customers and 167,000 hosted websites. Its infrastructure is strongly associated with Panama, where it operates its own autonomous system and IP network.

The service range covers Shared Hosting, Linux VPS, Windows/RDP VPS, Cloud Servers, Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, SSL Certificates, and managed server services. Free website migration is available for hosting customers, while WordPress users have access to features such as migration assistance, staging, application maintenance and one-click application installation.

Shared hosting is based on cPanel and comes in Budget, Starter, Business, Pro, Ultimate and Supreme packages. Storage ranges from 2 GB to 40 GB NVMe, while email accounts, MySQL databases and FTP accounts are unlimited. SSH access, Node.js support, SSL certificates and 10 Gbps DDoS protection are included. Despite the offshore branding, OffshoreRacks operates under normal acceptable-use restrictions. Illegal content, phishing, pirated software, warez, harmful server activity and IRC bots are prohibited, and serious violations can result in account termination.
