Setup fee: 110 DKK. PLUS+ Mailhotel is the email-focused version of the same all-in-one hosting package. It costs 9.50 DKK per month for the first 12 months for new customers and renews at the normal price of 29 DKK per month after that first yearly period. The package includes 10 GB space for email and optional website files, unlimited domains, unlimited email accounts, spam and virus protection, free SSL/HTTPS, IMAP, POP3, SMTP for outgoing mail, free webmail and setup support for mail clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird. It is suitable for professional email on a custom domain, for example together with external website builders or ecommerce platforms such as Lovable, Framer, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and WordPress.com. DNS control is included on all domains, so website traffic can point to another platform while Nordicway handles email. Customers can also host websites or webshops on the same account because the mail package is part of the standard PLUS+ hosting product. More space can be added later, including 20 GB and 40 GB upgrade levels, and the same account can also be used for ordinary hosting if the customer's needs change.

The mail platform stores mail data inside the EU and follows GDPR-oriented data handling. IMAP is recommended when customers want a server-side copy of mail to remain available for later recovery, while POP3 downloads mail to the local device and does not preserve a copy on the server. Catch-all mail is not active by default because it can fill accounts too quickly, so the server keeps the messages customers choose to store. The service includes daily backup for emails and files for 14 days, remote EU backup snapshots, mirrored backup storage and local recent backups. Support is available by email and support case, with quick help for mail setup, DNS, domains, cPanel navigation and service questions. Prices are shown in DKK including VAT, and payment is handled online by credit card through Stripe. The service can be ordered for a full year at a time, with the first year price equal to 114 DKK plus setup fee and later renewal equal to 348 DKK per year at the normal monthly rate. The hosting infrastructure uses Nordicway servers in Germany, and the same account includes cPanel access, DNSSEC, free DNS service, SSL, website installation tools and security protection against spam, virus, malware and abusive traffic.
