The business dates back to 2002, while its present corporate structure was established on January 1, 2015, when Nocser Technology and Modern Solutions were consolidated under ModernOne Data Solutions. Vincent Wong served as CEO during this transition.

The company provides a broad selection of services covering business web hosting, reseller hosting, KVM VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, managed server administration, colocation, domain registration, business email, transactional email, SSL certificates, email filtering, website security, and SaaS subscriptions.

Business hosting runs on a Proxmox high-availability platform with Ceph-based NVMe storage.
